I liked bumping up to Business for less than full price. Also the option to choose your own meal online. In retrospect I would have gone with the standard meal option, but c'st la vie. Overall pretty standard flight, got good views of Greece as the sun rose. That's about it.

It was a short flight (2hours) so the tiny, tiny seats were somewhat tolerable. People with long legs had their knees up to the chair in front of them, quite uncomfortable. I was pleasantly surprised they served a small meal which was quite good. Staff were all great.
Boarding in BCN was really poorly managed. No communication from airline staff and no signs as to what groups line up where. It was just guessing. There were delays that were also not communicated so everybody was standing in line for almost an hour.
they were good. they coordinated pick up of luaggage at final destination. The had text updates on phone with gate/dep.time etc.

The flight was good. There was free WiFi which was fantastic. The crew was a bit rude and short tempered. The landing was super smooth
Flight was late leaving which made connecting in Athen very hard. Baggage took an hour to come out. Come on… for such a small plane. Need to step up your game Aegean!
The flight was delayed for no reason by 30 min making my connection very hard to get.
Flight had delays as always. It has been very disappointing as the last 4 times I’ve travelled with Aegean we always had delays.
Got boarded on the plane on time and held there without moving for 2h to avoid paying delay fees. typical Aegean airlines. They should have left us on the gate and do the boarding when we are ready to go.
Crew were friendly and very helpful Plane was clean and the legroom is standard. Overall a good flight, no complaints.
I paid for extra legroom which was not honored and have spent hours trying to get a refund for without success. I have since come to learn Lufthansa has a habit of reassigning seats and making it impossible to get refunds.
Good staff help. Seats do not have enough legroom. Bus from plane to terminal was annoying.
I remember flying with Lufthansa many years ago, and it used to be an amazing airline with more technologically savvy and roomy planes, but unfortunately that isn’t the case anymore. The space between the seats is much smaller, which is ok for short flights, but definitely not for across the Atlantic flights. Not sure if I’ll opt for Lufthansa the next time, maybe just if necessary.
Boarding delayed 1.5 hours. Ended up sick because of all the delays and lines waiting around airport and boarding.
Terrible experience. I was stuck in Germany for two full day because your flights can't leave on time. You guys suck!!!
The connection to LYON was very tight. The flight was nearly finished boarding when we got to the gate
The flight didn’t happen with Lufthansa. It got canceled with no reason given and all I received for my troubles was €20. People make travel plans for a reason and when the flight was rebooked, it was delayed for 4 1/2 hours on Austria Airlines. The flight attendants were of zero help. They just wanted to stand and look pretty. I hope to never fly Austrian Airlines again. Horrible!!
Not helpful crew! With no care for passengers. No effort made to find the right food.
