Find cheap flights from Edmonton to Seattle

I got to my destination but no comforts no snacks nothing. Like herding cows!!

My only comment was the confusion at Houston. Suppose to leave at 6 am and didn't leave til 11 am. Then moving from gate 10 to 30 and couple of hours later back to gate 10. Otherwise everyone everything was great.

The food options could be better. Possibly some sandwiches to be added to the menu.

There was a medical emergency on board the crew handled it very professionally and the ambulance crew as well. I am very impressed. Thank you Clyde Barron 31 D

Checking in was very easy. Boarding and the flights went smoothly.

I have never flown Alaska Airlines before & would recommend them to anyone& will use again

Not a good experience, we were delayed by an hour due to maintenance issues.

After upgrading and paying for seat I was bumped from my seat. When I went to ask why she said I wasn’t assigned a seat because the ticket I purchased. After kindly explaining to her I upgraded the night before and paid for that seat she said how I was wrong and that something must have happened. I showed her my receipt and she still said there was an error. This is why I only fly delta. The flight attendant was rude as well but I don’t want to waste anymore time talking about how poor Alaska is. Delta here I come!

Ashley - the flight attendant from OMA to SEA - was phenomenal. I was traveling alone with my 4 month old and she made every accommodation possible and went out of her way to make sure my experience was as comfortable as possible. Give this woman a massive raise!

boarding was easy and the 737 Max was comfortable and roomy but that was the only good.. there was a child screaming at the top of his lungs for the entire loading, taxiing and part of the flight and no one in the crew said anything or offered any assistance.

Our trip was booked to be 2 hours after arriving in Calgary but it was changed until the next morning forcing us to stay overnight in Calgary with no compensation

Was the longest flight I have ever taken to Orlando. Not Westjet’s fault necessarily. There was a traffic issue in Orlando. We sat in the airplane for about 2 hrs before leaving Calgary on a 5 hour flight was just a little long to be stuck in the plane. Once we arrived in Orlando we were stuck in traffic on the ground for another 30min. I guess maybe the flight could be delayed so boarding would have been later so we wouldn’t have to have the discomfort of being on the plane so long.

For some reason there was a change in the cockpit which delayed us by an hour

Good flight. No I’m seat entertainment. But my phone worked just fine on the west jet app.

4 hour delay, lost our bags, staff was loud and it was an overnight flight

We were late boarding, but it all worked out. So, no problem.

It was good but not comfortable seat with the long legged persons.

No problems here. WestJet does a good job, even on their short haul flights

Great TV, easy boarding, wonderful ground crew and flight crew.

Air Canada cancelled my prepaid/prebooked seat selection and changed my seats without any options.

Overall, I would have to say my experience with Air Canada was mediocre their DC tens. Need to be updated not comfortable at all. Only one out of my four flights was decent. The staffing was very nice. Going through customs in Montreal was quick and easy. Air Canada has room for improvement with their facilities.

It was overall above average experience. If there is only one thing i could complain about was the lack of wifi availability on my flight from Vancouver to San Francisco

I think Air Canada is the only airline I've flown where they don't give you at least a free cookie.

All but one of four were on time. One was delayed for an hour

Got the email to check in but when I tried to check in it said "cannot connect to server", so checked in at the desk.

As is pretty much the norm with Air Canada now, we left late from the gate (45 minutes late). This is my 12th flight with AC in the last 12 months and 10 of those flights were either late or cancelled. AC essentially has a monopoly in Canada so they have carte blanche to charge exorbitant rates now and give poor service, with no repercussions.

It took 5 hour to get a crew to D Ice the plan. We had to sit on the runway for 5 hrs. in Calgary. It snows most of the winter. No proactive plan. In addition, after 3 calls to customer service they couldn't figure out how to have my wife and myself sit together on her birthday weekend. Everybody kept passing the buck. No decision from customer service, luggage drop off or check in team. The experience was a complete mess! I don't think we'll ever fly on this airline again.
