Sad to say, but Phillippines Airlines missed the mark on many things going all the way to sectioning off such a small area for all the passengers to wait for boarding. Everyone was on top of each other. They also made you throw away your water, even after the initial security check. So the water you bought after the first security check wasn’t allowed onto the plane, but they didn’t offer a refill station or another place to buy water. Will definitely need to think again about booking with Philippine Airlines.

The flight itself was ok. However, the plane has 2 bathrooms for about 200 people. After the meal service there was a line between 10-15 people deep standing in the aisle waiting to use the bathroom. This went on for over an hour. The airlines tell us safety is their priority and to keep seatbelts on whenever on the plane but they allow a line of people to stand in the aisle for over an hour waiting for a bathroom. Absurd and unacceptable.
Flight delayed by hour for departure. No real announcements or updates until told to start boarding
The economy class sitting/chairs is tight not spacious enough to sit comfortably but for other matters everything is perfect 👍☺️
Every thing was good except our baggage that wasn’t here when we arrived, we understood the cause but hopefully we will get it soon as possible

Good one is its safety. Taking off and landing are good. The bad parts are the managements at airport, especially in Manila. It's horrible.
Flight was delayed. What’s better is if the flight stay on time.
Seats were very uncomfortable And the tv screens did not work neither did the phone charging ports. The crew was very friendly and the food was very good.
PAL Airlines is always delayed most of the time. Please try to avoid it.
