It was easy and very comfortable! The crew was accommodating and cheerful. I enjoyed myself!

I normally have very good experiences with Breeze. The crew is great, pricing is excellent, and the planes are new and usually clean. This time in Huntsville we were delayed, which I understand can happen, however we were moved from one gate to the opposite side of the terminal and then back again... There was a lot of confusion. Also, my seat had a lot of food crumbs still on the floor where I had to stow my bookbag, so that was a bit disappointing. Other than that, all was good. Crew was great as usual!

Our flight was delayed 7 hours. Due to a change in equipment we were downgraded from "Nicest" to "Nicer," even having to pay for a soft drink. Disappointing. To Breeze's credit that issued a $100 flight credit. A refund would have been more appreciated.

Surprised at how much I enjoyed Breeze. Paid for the Nicer upgrade which made it closer in price to a flag ship carrier but with more comfortable seats and much more leg room. Crew was polite and since we brought our food no loss there. Would make the point that the ‘have to pay for a carry-on is BS’. Most people did not and had several. Still was plenty of room in the overheads.

Something about the chair was uncomfortable, Maine the curvature of the back.

Given some type of snack. Had staff that hated their job and life in general. Have regular overhead bins. The bags have to go sideways and even then, they barely fit. The seats in the front - what would be considered business class were nice. Nothing extra but nice for a short flight. But the regular seats were so close I have no idea how people even fit it them.

Worst airline - on our flight down from MCO to EYW, there was a huuuuuge delay. We were supposed to take off 12p and it was pushed back to almost 2:30p. We boarded the plane and then sat on the tarmac forever because we were "over" weight and had to burn fuel. Rather than ask guests to volunteer and leave, they kept us on the plane. Finally a family decided to off board and take their luggage with them. Shortly after, we left the terminal but then the pilot told us we may have to sit at the end of the runway for 15-20mins to burn more fuel. Which we ended up doing and of course it started to rain. We finally took off 2:50p. We were supposed to land 1p and didn't land until 3:45p. Basically had time to scramble off the plane, grab our luggage, request transportation to our hotel, unpack, rinse off and hustle over to our 6:30p dinner ressy. It's a shame Breeze is the only non-stop airline from MCO to EYW. For this, not sure I'd ever go back to EYW - most def will not take Breeze again.

Airplane was newer and very clean, lots of space. Crew was great. There was no food and entertainment but that was expected so not an issue.

nice flight. no frills but a 3 hour flight I caught up on my sleep. Stan O

Overall positive. If I am headed to the one destination they fly to from my home airport, I will fly again without question. I think because the airport provided the check in and boarding I didn’t fully know what to expect. The A220 is a comfortable ride with big windows and feels open. I’m glad I didn’t bid to upgrade to the first class product. It is just a better seat with little extra amenity. But was very happy with the extra leg room seats and bundle we booked.

The first class flight attendant was awful to everyone. Very rude; no customer service. She should not be working in first class.

Smaller plane for a longer flight than my first one. Doesn’t make sense.

Love delta smaller commuter plane so no entertainment and paid wifi on MKE-LGA leg was extremely unreliable and slow

The whole experience was excellent. As it most often is with Delta

Cabin was not pressurized properly. Several passengers had respiratory difficulties.

Very Very late. Subsequent flights left an hour before ours

First flight out and was 85 minutes delayed. Notification came out way too late

Delta flights recently are always delayed AND at jfk tney get the gates further away (need To walk 20’ to get to them/all the way at the end of the terminal). Not sure whats happening but price doesnt match experience!

bulkhead seat had very little legroom - even in bsiness class.

The plane was an older model, so it wasn’t as comfortable as others. The flight attendants were not helpful during onboarding. It was a full flight so there was chaos finding space for baggage.

Quick flight. No time to stress over it. Over before it begins.

Very good, boarded and took off on time and landed early

Delayed boarding because a flight attendant couldn't find the gate...sat on the plane for over an hour at the gate because AA couldn't get one of the planes behind us to move

It was awful. My first flight was delayed and as a consequence I lost my second flight to Greensboro. I did not know what to do so I rebook myself a flight to Charlotte . It was very inconvenient I not to have anybody form corporate assisting me either from PwC or from kayak . It is a very disappointing experience that American did not wait 1 minute or told me to rebook before making the first flight

Cancelled and rebooked twice in one day with a drop in seat class. Not good at all.

Service in first class no longer exists on American Airlines .

Customer service in first class does not exist on American Airlines

First class flight attendant was rude and lacked any customer service skills.

Customer service for American Airlines first class is at an all time low.

Airplane was cold. Flight attendants were rude. Phone charger did not work. No food available.
