There was a group of school age passengers that were very loud and unruly with their chaperones were no where to be found.

flight delays, staff only communicating when pushed, food service lasting a grand total of 7 minutes, stuck in seat from 45mins into flight until landing

I liked everything about the flight. The service was excellent!

Delayed a day due to snow storm. Was upgraded. That kind of made up for significant delays from FLL to COS with no compensation or acknowledgement.

The crew were really great, but the 4 hour delay in small chunks was the worst.

That flight was smooth, and staff we courteous. it was a full flight so very tight. The boarding through security was not properly controlled. it was rushed and the scanning process for our bags, etc. was pilling up at the other end with no time to empty our belonging my personal items almost toppled over on the floor if i hadn't caught it rapidly. Was it just that time, or always like this - cant say. other than that all else was fine.

Everything was very good. Boarding and takeoff were on time and organized. Had a good flight

Other than the two hour delay, it was fine. Of course they were very professional and kept us informed throughout the whole delay..

Boarding was friendly and quick. While the plane model was older with no live tv, the entertainment was full of movies and tv shows. All food was available. Pilots were very communicative with status of the flight. Flight landed on time.

Good. The wife was not working but then it got resolved.

The boarding gate was moved so many times that I missed my flight. No attendants would help me. The wrong gate was even on my boarding pass. I had to repurchase everything. I’ll never fly again. Really a terrible day as I had planned to see a former student who is dying in Louisville Never ever will I forget that day. Your airline is totally uncaring.

Hated it I would not use Kayak or Spirit ever again.

The crew was not great or professional. It seemed like they didn't really want to be there. A true lack of effort for accommodating customers.

I paid for WiFi, but it (WiFi) was very very slow, will never take again! Impossible open Utube 😤😤😤

Spirit canceled the flight in March and never notified me!

I paid just under 200 for flight and luggage, then paid 200 to change the flight, then paid 100 for a carry on. Then the cancelled the flight. Of the 500 I spent they refunded 250. I bought a delta flight for 270 never flew with spirit, but spirit kept 250, not even refunding the 100 for the carry on though they cancelled the flight (for weather on a day with only a slight rain ).

Flight attendants heavily pushed their affinity credit card. Very annoying

On time and fast. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

The seat are terrible. Don’t even think of sleeping on a Spirit flight. The kids that run the plane aka flight attendants are pretty rude and straight forward. They get the job done but without class.

If you take this airline, they WILL change the flight time, and make you miss your connection. It has happened every time I used it. It's so unreliable that I think it shouldn't be offered on Kayak. You will regret it!

In addition to the fact that Silver changed the flight time several days before the trip without offering any choices , I was sick with Covid and unable to go on the trip. I tried to ask Silver for a credit for a flight when I’d recooperated but they don’t do credits, even for illness. I will Never fly on Silver again

I canceled due to a 7 hour delay. Was forced to book another airline last minute , very expensive. Silver Aorways sucks

I spent hours with orbitz to get my tsa # on my ticket. They didn’t have a place to enter. I will never use orbitz again. No customer service. A number in which u press offered options and the message replays instead of getting customer to that area. Silver did not make the promised call back. Finally someone responded to my email and took care of it after I lost hours of my vacation arranging this. Staff on flight barked orders.

Our pilot and flight attendant, Desiree, were great. I always fly this route and this crew was better than most.

The worst flight ever; 1st and last flying to this airlines

Easy boarding and deplaning. Short flight. Water was given but that was it.

Flight was delayed a bit since booking but otherwise everything was very good.

While this is a VERY SMALL plane; take-off to landing was fine. It's the constant departure time changes that wore me out and I'll try to never use this inconsistent airway again. Four delays in one day. Done!!!!!!

This has been, by far, my worst experience with an airline company. I had a reservation for a Tuesday at 8:30 pm departure from Gainesville, FL (1.5 hours - direct flight) I received an email on Monday that my flight had been changed to Monday at night to depart from Jacksonville, FL (and it was an 11 .5 hours flight ). There was no way I would have had the time to gather my things, drive 1.5 hours to the Jacksonville airport, and make it on time to board the plane. Besides, I had a full day of work on Tuesday. The only good thing I xan say about Silver airlines is that they did give me a refund, but I had to wait about 4 hours for a call back
