I had no communication, receipt etc from Air Canada until hours before flight

All good but I could barely get my arms and legs into the room in front of me. Have never been so cramped before. Plane left the gate on time, taxied very quickly and took off without waiting. Unique. Arrival on time. No problem

Wow! Both way we came in in advance! Now that's a first with AC!

The plane is too cramped! Zero leg room and when the person in front of me put their seat back they were basically laying in my lap.

SIX HOUR FLIGHT DELAY!! $15.00 voucher to apologize. Missed our first tour in Quebec.

Rushed, the boarding was a great deal like a Chinese fire drill.

1. Nowhere to sit at the gate D4 2. No control of lining up in different zones 3. People pushing in during the line up of zones. 4. Certainly not in a dignified manner.

The take off was delayed as we were told that the baggages had to be rearranged to balance the weight. I only took a carry-on and a personal item, but the overhead bin was extremely small, even a normal size carryon can’t fit it, so they had to check it in for free. The seat was really tight and no entertainment at all.

It was fine. There were a couple of mechanical delays prior to takeoff but it was overall a quick and pleasant flight.
