we were late to get to this connecting flight and SWISS decided to wait for us . Very nice of them

SO disappointing. I spent so much money on this ticket, for them to cancel and not be able to rebook me in time. They were very unhelpful, and condescending throughout the whole Swiss airport. Will not be flying again.

The plane was so hot upon boarding. Their boarding process was so unnecessarily long. Service was subpar.

Everything from the price to online checkin and the flight being on time to the crew and food was very good. The comfort level is fine--the seats are very close to each other in Economy. But I guess you get what you pay for.

Swiss ground crew was again at its prime and although I’m United 1K (Star Alliance Gold) they created problems with my hand luggage - while other passengers were boarding with more handbags and larger hand luggages, were critical on my 2 young kids attending the lounge with me and boarding the plane with me on the priority lane.

Horrible experience. I was apparently picked at random for a security screening - that was the most demeaning experience I have had in my life with a guy poking and prodding and having me take off my shoes, move up my pants so he could swab my legs - telling me I couldn't bring more than some quantity of cookies - I had 3 boxes of cookies in my luggage. In the end he did let me keep them but that was really uncalled for. Harrassment in the name of security.

They went out of their way. It was very clean and friendly.

There were multiple delays and the food was poor. Better food.

Wheelchair was the excellent service. I didn’t have any food or used entertainment. Overall for my trip experience was excellent. Thank you very much and keep up good work. Best regards

Remind me not to fly (eat) at passover with Israeli cartiers. Came out of the aircraft with an incredible neck pain. Crew and entertainment were good.

As I paid for extra space - the seat was OK. The snack is very bad! The service is fair. The WiFi was so slow i could not see the provided movie and free TV. Just had so seat all the time...

the luggage was delayed to the point i missed my next flight hich was an hour after arrival not good at all

El al is the best choice for flights to Israel.

The crew was great, the seats were comfortable, food was a sandwich , but very tasty and the ElAl new on board through WIFI was good. Thank you EL AL for improving

The crew, the flight boarding perfect. It was a nn EL AL plane, but it was OK but inside it was a zoo.

Passengers would not take their assigned seats. Discussed with the crew, which led to 30 minutes delay before take off. During the flight many people were standing in the aisle, chatting to each other, shouting through the airplane. It was such an unpleasant flight!

I dropped my wallet under my seat on this flight with all of my money and credit card. I requested to be able to go back and retrieve it but Lufthansa denied my request. I went to the Customer Services and they called Lost and Found but I was told nothing found would be turned in until around 12:00pm. My next flight was leaving so I was unable to check to see if my wallet was turned in. I will never fly with Lufthansa again.

Our transfer from one Lufthansa flight to another at Frankfurt airport was horrible - it was a tight connection with a long walk between gates and our first flight was delayed so we had to sprint the whole way and ask people in the border control line to let us ahead of them. We just barely the flight and were exhausted. I do not recommend a short connection in the Frankfurt airport.

Boarding was horrible. We were packed into a bus with few seats and made to stand for 10 to 15 minutes, then driven for 5 minutes on wild curves. Complementary food and drink was a tiny chocolate and a bottle of water. Seating was cramped. Aircraft had no video.

You only get a chocolate square and small bottle of water.!

Great flight. Left on time, not very crowded. Quiet and the right temperature.

Food should be provided according to the passengers selection. In flight entertainment system must be updated with latest devices and applications. Proper over head headset must be provided rather than providing cheaper ones.

Did not appreciate being bumped from the seat I selected during checkin the day before the flight by an overbidding fellow passenger… I am also a paying customer Lufthansa!

Better flight than mum to Frankfurt. But food was very mediocre.

It was alright, you are sure about your bags even though they will be bag checked, you will get them back once you disembark.

Their service , specifically the way Lufthansa manages luggages is terrible

Very pleasant crew, working hard on a full plane. Delay by a broken seat. However crew made back 60% of the delay.

The flight boarded a little late but made up the time in flight - much appreciated. The staff were efficient and fairly friendly One of the toilets wasn’t working - having only one functioning toilet for a flight of hundreds isn’t really acceptable. I still find it amazing that the budget airlines can’t even offer free tap water to passengers.

The pilot did everything possible to make up the 35 minute delay. His communications were honest, prompt and positive throughout.
