Boarded 20 minutes late, dinner and beverages were provided but the "main" of dinner was freezing cold and had soggy lettuce. The seats were wildly uncomfortable! There was in-flight entertainment that you can access via your phone (vs. the TV on the seatback in front of you) but the wifi connection was weak and you could not actually play anything. With that said, the crew was very pleasant and friendly!

Flight crew made the flight very enjoyable as they were friendly, helpful and accommodating. Flight time was 3:40 compared to the 4:30 that was captured on our itinerary, so that was a pleasant surprise. In flight entertainment was good with plenty of selection, however some of the choices that my family tried were slow to load and stalled out a few times. We were able to restart and everyone finished watching their movies. Food was pretty basic: croissant, turkey or chicken lunch meat with Swiss cheese and a bag of Lay’s potato chips. Still a bonus considering most airlines offerings which is nothing but peanuts or a cookie.

Food could have been better, and internet that allows texting/WhatsApp and other basics on the phone instead of just inflight entertainment would have been nice.

Flight was cancelled had to move to another gate late again no internet paid for the month and never can use it waste of money

Flight delayed over an over all day until it cancelled at 1:30am. Would not repeatedly delay that late. Offer hotel rooms and rebook early. Very difficult for families with small children

A disaster, I lost my connection due to overcrowding at the Miami airport, having a 3-hour layover and the airline did nothing to reboard me on time and I had to sleep on the floor for 18 hours.

The flight was 90 minutes long and the stewardesses were extremely slow. I was in row 16 and they did not serve us drinks until we were descending for landing in a 90 minute flight. Unacceptably slow and at least 10 rows (20 to 31) did not receive any drinks or snacks for the entire duration of the flight because of the slowness of the stewardesses. There is no rationale to delay beverage service to brew coffee for a flight at six p m.

Flight was delayed three hours waiting for the flight crew, even though the plane was at the gate for the scheduled departure

It was a good flight. Of course it was full, but it went well.

We sat on the plane for 1 hour because the airline was short handed could not be unloading.

Seats in coach aren't padded enough for a 6 hour flight

Flight delayed 3 times. We were directed to go to a gate across from our gate. The plane wasn't there yet so we had to wait for it to arrive, then deplane everyone and then wait again for the plane to be cleaned. After 45 minuites we were allowed on the plane. The first plane had mechanical issues. The 2nd plane must have had bathroom issues because we did not have any food service whatsoever. No snack or beverage. That made for a long time not to have anything considering that we had just made it to the original gate and we had no time to stop to get food or a drink. Then we didn't want to leave the gate to get food because we wouldn't know how much longer the delay would be. Then the next gate change. Had we been told that the total time would have been aprox 45 min later we would have left to get food and a beverage. We had to wait again for the okay to the pilot to take off so we were on the runway for another 20 min. Overall, we were delayed over 2 hours which felt like 4 hours.
