Music would have been great and information about the flight. Meaning how high and the weather conditions.

It was good but the food was small for the duration of the flight.

Pleasant experience checking in. Seating is way too tight, especially for persons who are not petite. I thought the pilot was excellent in terms of his commentary and information. Wrong gate information on boarding passes. If I was not alert I could have lined up to board the wrong plane.

The crew was excellent, check in was easy ,the food wasn't good, movies should be recent and more selections

The captain was great he made jokes and make thebflight very comfortable. Alerted us about the islands we flew over and Yolandra and her team took great care of us, very personable.

Captain and Crew were excellent. The Boeing 737-800 was showing its age. In flight entertainment system was sluggish and my Business Class seat on the outbound flight had some mechanical issues. Only real problem was the location of the Gate in Panama PTY. It was a 40 minute hike from Security to the Gate. There should have been some sort of warning about the distance.

No boarding announcements leading to the usual confusion and people trying to board before their group number.

Left my bags in origin city on a business class ticket , spent about 2-3 days in the same clothes plus the flight .

As usual, the flight with normal legroom was not very comfortable, but the second flight was much better because we had paid for extra legroom. It was very nice to check our bags without an extra fee.

40 minute delay before take off after boarding flight. Bright lights throughout night flight due Issues with light panels. In flight Entertainment nonfunctional

After 14 hour delaybwith departure time changed 9 times then announcing the flight was canceled. Another later announcement said the cancelation was in error. Also after paying a higher fare to leave in the afternoon then departing at 4am was not right.

Great crew. Smooth flight that was on time. Boarding is a disaster as usual. Bought more room seat and was Grouo A. The flight was packed by the time I got on. TVs did not work as usual

I actually missed my first scheduled flight and caught it the next day. I think the check in procedure was mishandled by the baggage handler but the staff were very accommodating.

Flawless trip. Pilot came out and introduced himself, welcomed everyone, made a light joke to put everyone at ease. Arrived quite early.

Our actual Flight was great & smooth but it was delayed for 4 hours and Jetblue weren't able to accommodate us in the earlier flight. That was Awful. I lost work/clients because of this delay

We were very impressed by the crew. They were professional and friendly, making for a very pleasant experience. Because the aircraft was relatively small, everyone interacted with the same small number of crew members.

JetBlue has too many delayed flights. I cant recall in the past two years flying with JetBlue without some form a delays. I expect better B6.

Late as usual. Don’t remember the last time I was on an on-time JetBlue flight. Worse part about JetBlue being late is that they provide very little, if any updates. The entertainment screens had to be rebooted twice once airborne before they started working. The new free internet never did work the entire flight.

I think the seats on some of their planes are uncomfortable. You can be ok on a short flight of two hours but no more than that. The delays, and also the refreshments on the plane were not enough.

Seriously, not displaying departure gate until very last minute is awful. Specially when you have to take an elevator and then transport to go to the sub-terminal. That’s awful in such a busy airport as Heathrow. And I cannot choose seat on this flight because it’s run by British Airways, even entering locator code.

The return trip was a customer service disaster. American Airlines needs an overhaul of how they treat their customers.

delayed delayed delayed. was supposed to have a 2 hour layover and very nearly missed my connection.

Pulled out of the gate only to sit in the tarmac for an hour and a half for paperwork. Paperwork. Went back to the gate to refuel.

The arriving flight was a few minutes late, but the gate crew helped to deplane and board our outgoing flight quickly and efficiently. We were able to depart quickly and arrive at ORD almost at the posted time. Great job.

Considering the weather issues. It was great. Over all the 13 flights changes

Flight operated on tie. However, the in-flight entertainment was inoperative. No special recognition as an Executive Platinum member.

This was a short flight handled by Hawaiian Airlines. Flight was late by about an hour. As it is so short, no food offerings other than the obligatory cookie and drink. Flight crew was great.

Delay flight more than 8hours waiting and poor customer service!
