More check-in counters or faster processing. I arrived early but got to the gate just in time to board the flight, I didn't even have time to use the bathroom. The plane was really dirty, encrusted dirt is everywhere and the plane smelled bad when I entered.

Flight from CLT to DUS via MUC ticketed by United Airlines and operated by Lufthansa. 2nd leg of flight from MUC to DUS was cancelled and no notification provided. At check in , Lufthansa agents at airport were unable to locate record and wanted us to contact United Airlines directly.

Pretty turbulent, but not anyone’s fault. They got us there. Impressed that they carried on with a drink service.

Delays!!! Maintain your planes so your customers don’t have to sit on their assess for over an hour on the tarmac!! Also, United app is buggy. Videos did not load. Overall a miserable experience. Flight crew was awesome though.

Crew and snacks were great. It’s nice to have free wifi for entertainment, but there wasn’t anywhere to place my phone (ie Alaska Airlines). Also the gate was right next to another that was boarding at the same time, so it was difficult to tell where the line for our flight was. Also, they didn’t have a speaker system and had to yell for different groups. Had I not gotten a text that the flight was boarding, we might have missed the flight.

I had very little time to change planes originally in Denver after my flight from Omaha. I had an hour and a half layover in Denver originally and my flight leaving Omaha was delayed an hour because they had to change a tire which I can understand. When I reached Denver my other flight was late, fortunately, but I still had only 10 minutes to run about a mile through the airport to get to my flight. Again, fortunately I am a healthy 71-year-old and was able to accomplish this feat. However, the stress was more than necessary to bear.

Big delay because of the weather but communication not so good. Boarding already late (due to tight schedule on Wizz side). When you get in you are hurried every second even if you still need a few seconds to arrange your bags. Food far away from how it looks in the catalogue and right on row 8 already out of chocolate although you are supposed to receive one for a menu. No replacement was offered.

The border control opens at 4:30 so there is no point in going in early as the wizz email suggests. Our flight utilized a plane with plastic seating which was really uncomfortable.

Check in took very long. All three priority agents left for lunch or something and the line did not move.

Wizzair is a mess, don’t trust them, all flights are delayed, nothing is secure with them, they are the poorest of all companies.

I got denied boarding bevause they said they "ran out of seats on a plane"

Due to long security check and no last call announcements from Gate staff, my family and 12 other passengers missed the flight.

Everything went according to plan. Check in, boarding etc all were very efficient.

very delayed boarding; the crew started the service extremely late and everything felt like they didn't want to be there and do their jobs; the pilot changed her mind about landing :))))))))) and we spent 10 more minutes circling around the airport before landing, eventually!!! lack of communication = lack of professionalism. she could have said 'ladies and gentlemen, due to us having taken off very late, we have lost our landing permissions and we'll have to wait some more', but she chose to shut up. big mistake that reflects poorly on the airline and herself.
