United business class just sucks. There’s no reason to go business class with United. This time there were no screens. Boarding is ridiculous, always. The pull-out table was broken. The female crew members were very nice. The male crew member liked to listen to himself talk on the intercom. And gives his stupid comments on almost anything.

We waited to takeoff for about 1 hour delay for a 20 min flight.

Packed in like sardines, very uncomfortable. Sitting the aisle my shoulder was rammed into numerous times by rushing flight attendants. Also flight was very cold.

Your app is impossible to use. I couldn't load it. Then i couldn't open it. When i finally got both those things done -with much help -then i couldn't open the app to install a credit card. The upshot was 4 flights without access to food or drink. When i first tried to download united app some company called starlier opened instead and i would up signing up for some 49 dollar a month music service which i still have not been able to cancel.

I was happy to be seated with my teen daughter. On my arrival flight we were not together. Drink choices were great. Food was ok. Lots of entertainment options. Pilot communicated well and gave us a heads up about wind and turbulence. Made it less anxious.

Overall it was good. The flight was bumpy at times, but the pilot made us aware every time. As a result, no snacks/drinks were made available. Seats were tight but that’s okay as I had a window seat.

the head jack on my seat didn't work and the power outlet didn't work for my seat

The crew’s attitud was not good, only worried for pilot’s comfort, so I ask myself why do I pay so much for so less. The plane is old and broken. I will rey another airline

That flight was smooth, and staff we courteous. it was a full flight so very tight. The boarding through security was not properly controlled. it was rushed and the scanning process for our bags, etc. was pilling up at the other end with no time to empty our belonging my personal items almost toppled over on the floor if i hadn't caught it rapidly. Was it just that time, or always like this - cant say. other than that all else was fine.

Boarding process was well organized and orderly even though flight was fairly full. Water bottles were provided during boarding which was great as I drink a lot of water. Bathroom was not as clean as it could have been but was acceptable and fairly dry. Food however was mediocre. I have had better food on 2 hour local flights in other countries.

Was in business class. After dinner service, I think the stewards figured everyone should be a sleep as the stewards dissappeared. Had to fend for ourselves for a while.

The staff were so kind and helpful. We flew back from NY with another airline and it was horrible. We will always stick with Air Canada as everything was far better!

A 2 hour delay because they couldn’t fit some oversized cargo in the small hold doors of an Embraer! Surely they know the sizes before attempting to load it?

The wifi I paid for did not work. The seats are tight.

There were no free snacks…little pretzel bag or cookies like we had on our flight out.

It was good except it was quite delayed arriving to Newark.

The seats are comfortable. Flight was comfortable and on time. Love the format of the map (so different from United.

Overall everything was fine. This leg one of suitcases got smashed badly, and the airport employee told us to call the airline when we got home... No you have to get a file # at the airport or the airline won't do anything for you. That was on me for believing him and not necessarily the airlines fault.

The only complaint, and it was a HUGE HASSLE, was the carrier of the flight from Newark to Toronto on flight AC 3711. On my itinerary it stated that the flight was 'Operated by REPUBLIC AIRLINES/UNITED EXPRESS'. Translation: it was a United Airlines flight. Different terminal, which meant frustration with inability to check in at Terminal A, needing to catch a shuttle to Terminal C. I told my friend who was picking me up that I was flying United Airlines. She waited for me at the United Airlines terminal in Toronto, except I arrived at the Air Canada terminal. Very confusing and difficult for all of us. Better communication is needed when other airlines operate Air Canada flights.

Everything was good for a short flight. Onboard entertainment would have been nice.
