Boarding was chaotic. I didn’t finish dinner because I went to bed early. Breakfast omelet was overcooked and tasteless but croissant was better than usual. Plane was dirty—crumbs in every seam and lavatory was poorly maintained (paint peeling, etc.) and toilet paper had not been refreshed before takeoff. No cubby for storage in first and seat was narrow.

Boarding was somewhat chaotic. Unable to evaluate crew or food/drink because captain kept them seated due to turbulence. Have no idea if entertainment was offered.

West Jet has a horrible boarding process and the seats have no cushion.

Everything went smoothly. I didn’t like that when I booked in the main cabin my wife and I weren’t seated together. One would think when booking on an option that allows picking your seat. They would put you and your travel partner together. Had to call to get it sorted. They did fix.

The gate area was incredibly short staffed, with one representative manning 4-5 flights, which caused a 3 hr delay in boarding even though the plane was all ready to leave. Other flights also were delayed because of this. The flight crew was awesome and I feel bad for the only gate worker on call, but Delta needs to hire more employees.

Very frustrated with boarding gate crew. She announced the plane was small and they would be limiting us to one item to carry on. Not a problem for me as I understand the tiny planes have limited space!! Not the case here! It was a rather large plane and had plenty of room for bags! So because I don’t want to be one of “those people” who ignores the request to check a carry on I did so asking if I would be able to pick it up at the bottom of the ramp on arrival in Knoxville to which she responded “yes”! Then I watched as every other passenger held onto their 2 items and boarded!! Then when we arrived in Knoxville our 2 carry ons had been put with all the other luggage and we had to go to baggage pick up and wait for all the big checked bags to come off the carousel! So she lied!! Frustrating. Next time I won’t be so nice!

It was a good experience except when boarding a female flight attendant did not go out of her way to assist my teenage daughters in finding space for their carry-ons after their compartments were full.

On my way home I had a layover. The flight from ATL to CLT was amended 5x while I was waiting. I could have driven home sooner. Overall from Dallas, Tx to Charlotte, NC I started my trip at 4:30pm, I didn’t get home until past midnight. I know things happen, but 5x to make me run back and forth in an airport from different terminals is excessive. I also upgraded to comfort + , I didn’t feel it was worth it. There was no benefit

I didn’t like that I could not select my seat and was assigned a seat when I checked in at LAX

Boarding, staff and flight great. A bit disappointed with no in flight online entertainment but I'll live. Landing was a bit of a jolt (more than usual) but hey everything else was smooth. LoL

For some reason there was a change in the cockpit which delayed us by an hour

Good. Really crowded and busy. Going to Winnipeg plane was crowded and seats very narrow Now I remember why I dislike flying 😈

Having a lot of delayed flights on West Jet, however things always work out. So no complaints.

Check in was seamless , crew very polite , arrived on time!

Nothing special. Unacceptable wait for baggage on arriving in Calgary

Seats can use more cushioning, it felt very hard. The snack option could be better

Over all good. I had some issues with trying to buy my seat. The Westjet system kept trying to charge my credit card, without getting the seat. In the end after 5 times being charged, I got my seat.

I did not have a meal or entertainment, but flight was comfortable, beverage service was quick, crew was very helpful and pleasant. And a very smooth flight overall.

This flight was delayed multiple times and eventually canceled around 2-3ish. Original take off time was around 10:30am. By 3, there were no other options out of Houston, so stuck in Houston for from 3pm - 11am the next day.

There was a group of school age passengers that were very loud and unruly with their chaperones were no where to be found.

Trip was smooth bumpy from the wind but no issues at all the crew attendant was very pleasant and had great customer service

I liked everything about the flight. The service was excellent!

Delayed a day due to snow storm. Was upgraded. That kind of made up for significant delays from FLL to COS with no compensation or acknowledgement.

The Polaris experience is top notch. From departure lounge to arrival lounge. Everything was top notch. One of the best first class experience

The leg space between me and the seat in front of me was excellent.

Over two hours wait to get wheelchair assistance from arrival to the departure gate for LA was unreasonable even though there appreared to be heavy demand.

The seats were uncomfortable. The flight was almost 9 hours and they didn’t serve lunch

Got automatically assigned a middle seat, unless I fork out extra money for seat assigment.

Food was icecold or frozen including breakfast. Hopeless service. Rude crew.

My flight was great! Gate attendants and crew were great… pleasant and in good spirits. Flight delayed several hours and we were well informed of the status while on plane. Thank you!

Again we were late leaving Austin , there was no tv screen for the 3.5 hr flight, the pizza I bought was kinda bland

The cabin crew were really good!! Check in etc. was very good. We enjoyed the aisle seats as the plane was small! Couldn’t comment on the food as we didn’t order anything!

Glad to see the staff of Air Canada take preference in protecting their customers from unruly passengers before they board. Well done

They changed our seats on us and ended up giving us the last row in Business class. We added wheel chair service and did not get it at any of the airports. My mom had to walk everywhere which was just unbelievable that they didn't provide this service. Just terrible

It was fine, everything on time! Tired of having to pay for all the extras?

First time flew with Air Canada and my Last. Really bad food that too in a business class. Waste of my money.

This website did not advise the prices were in $USD, when the flyer (me) was flying within Canada only and only a Canadian resident, and booking this flight in Canada. Furthermore, the area to board the plane was unusually hot and sweaty.

The crew was very nice and accommodating. The food needs work. My reservation was changed several times which was not comforting.
