The type of the food requested (Asian vegetarian) was not properly met with. They have very limited snack items that may compensate for the main meals.

Fast and efficient boarding. Flight was on time. Service was very good for our long flight. First time flying with this airline and I would highly recommend.

Eva Air's Business Class is pretty decent. With the given price, I think that the food can be better.

Pleasant, comfortable, and entertaining. All told, ZERO issues with it. And sadly, so far the flight was WAY more comfortable than the hellhole that is "Lambug Beach Resort" at Badian Beach!

It was a pleasant fly with Eva Air from NYC to Taipei. The crew were friendly and the food was exceeded my expectation.

Pleasant crew. Very long flight, a bit uncomfortable at times being seated, but not too bad.

No ice for the drinks. Only gave a half a cup of your beverage. Not enough water. I got very dehydrated.

Eva is one of the top airlines in Asia... but often are over priced. Finally found a reasonable rate.

My original flight was rescheduled & EVA did a good job rescheduling my flight & connecting flight.

There was a group of school age passengers that were very loud and unruly with their chaperones were no where to be found.

The flight was fine. All the delays and poor communication and customer service were the worst! We were supposed to arrive in London at 7:10 am. In stead we arrived at 1:30 pm. And now American Airlines refuses to make things right but only sent a canned apology after I contacted customer relations.

The flight was delayed for over four hours due to “maintenance “. Your ground staff made no efforts to avoid my family missing their connecting flight to London. They did not try to reroute them and didn’t even offer meal vouchers without being asked. My daughter, her husband and four children were in the States for our son’s celebration of life service. They experienced rude and unhelpful staff in Asheville. The lack of communication was disgraceful. They missed their connecting flight and the first rebooking. Then the 2nd rebooked flight was delayed by over two hours. They didn’t leave Charlotte until 1:30 AM. Since returning home my granddaughters sleep has been so disrupted that they are overly tired and cry hysterically at bedtime. I have already contacted you regarding compensation but have yet to receive a response. All I’ve received is a canned wrote response. This is not acceptable!!! When my wife and I traveled to England in December on your partner, British Airlines, we were delayed for 4 and one half hours. We missed our connecting train to Leeds and had to pay double. They not only reimbursed our extra train expense, they also refunded half our airfare. And upon our return to the States we were surprised to find that they had upgraded us for free! We sat on runway for an 1 hour because they were short handed at key west airport was not fun

Generally good but we were delayed almost two hours from the original time of purchase. The pilot claimed an internal issue then an external equipment issue that needed to be adddressed. He made up a lot of the time.

Flight from Tampa to Houston was canceled. SPIRIT rebooked me and they double booked my seat. Conclusion I COULD NOT TRAVEL TO HOUSTON. I MISSED MY GRANDDAUGHTER BIRTHDAY. I would not recommend this company. I will file a complaint. I will never consider SPIRIT as an airline . It’s a faker.

Spirit cancels my flight and I have been stuck here at the airline since March 3rd 2pm and still here everything is close they didn’t accommodate me with a room or nothing they rebooked my flight for 7:25pm to New Orleans then from New Orleans to Fort Lauderdale I Wang Arrive Homw Until The 5th of March I am missing work I hav e kids to get home to and I am currently stuck with no food nowhere to stay no renter cause everything close I spent all my money and I’m very disappointed trying to get home I’m very very mad frustrated and very disappointed

It would have been no e to have the option of a mid day flight and not super early or super late in the day.

The seats were larger & more roomy than the old planes. the crew was excellent. . overall a very good flight.

Spirit need to stop nickel and dime for every thing. Next time I am flying Southwest Airlines. This was my first time with Spirit.

Great for a short flight. Inexpensive, but you get what you pay for in comfort.

Boarding was delayed because they were understaffed and had only one baggage drop machine going. The gate staff seemed indifferent. Olsen crew were very nice, though.

Our flight was delayed an hour, then when we got to board our flight finally, we were waiting in our seats for take off for 45 minutes before it was communicated that there was a maintenance issue therefore we waited on the plane for over an hour while that was resolved. We did not get to Phoenix until almost 3 hours after we were originally supposed to. This was the first and last time I will be flying Frontier.

Flight was canceled with little warning. Flight was rebooked through Ontario, California and connecting flight was delayed by over three hours. Frontier is living up to their Greyhound of the skies reputation for sure.

I purchased a carry on bag online…was supposed to cost $72 but after a whole slew of bs charges, the total was over $175.00. Because of these hidden charges, I will not even consider flying Frontier ever again. It’s just not worth the hassle. I’m scratching this company off my list forever.

Flight cancelled and was told by a rude gate agent that they don’t accommodate on other airlines. Had to wait 5 hours for a connecting flight that had a 7 hour layover. Would not allow bags to be checked early so we couldn’t go through security .Had to rent a car for the afternoon to store bags and get a meal. Also incurred a hotel fee. No apology or reason given for the cancellation- just rudeness.

I paid for extra leg room. The flimsy plastic seat underneath the floatation seat did not line up with the arm rests. It seemed as if the plastic part was zip tied on but immovable. This caused severe uncomfortable for the duration of the flight.

Plane was clean but they do not allow bag drop until 1 hour before flight. Just encouraging late fees and other issues. The worst I have experienced. Total hostage situation, pay or you miss your flight.

Everything was good, and most importantly on time. They have been extremely tardy in some of my flights

I had to cancel within 1hour of the reservation an they put you through hell to . no live customer service desk. I'm handy caped and they make it almost impossible to cancel. They are steeling my money. You should not have that airline on your site. Contact me and I will give you all info. Horrible flight, rude crew, someone had so mu h perfume on breathing was difficult.

I was singled out for being a Latina flying solo and the attendants took me out of line to put my luggage in the personal item bin to see if it would fly. Keep In mind I had just flown with the same luggage with no problem not even 5 days ago. The tag was sticking out a bit and the attendant was belligerent about charging me $100. I could not refuse because I didn’t wanna cause a scene. But today I felt targeted and embarrassed. I went online and found out that this happens a lot with this airline and to many minority women.
