Flight was delayed until Next day as crew timed out

I can say I will not be taking this airline again any time soon. Seat were uncomfortable and too tight. Lack of chair screen and little overhead space.

Nothing, flight was supposed to leave at 758 am. My flight didn’t leave until 430 pm. Spent the whole day at the airport.

Delay of 30 minutes, but most of time recovered in flight. Lots of overhead storage, so roller bags could be kept on board and not checked.

Seats are so small now that if you are in a middle seat, you will likely have your neighbors arm, leg or shoulder in your space. Even in an Economy Plus seat, the width of the seat is only for average people. I’m small and shared my full fare seat with the large man next to me

They need to organize a better system for boarding and esp unboarding. Idiots rows back cutting everyone waiting to get off first. No. Wait your turn

I find it amazing that American Airlines does not cull the bad apples out of their company. I avoid Southwest, Spirit & and Frontier. Their prices are many times half of the price of American but I see too many videos of people fighting on these flights. I expect a certain upgrade in the quality of personnel from AA. On the Ticket, it states boarding will end 15 minutes before flight time. We arrived 16 minutes before flight time. We were told we were too late and the gate agent held up her phone and it stated we were 16 minutes before flight time. I would need to go to customer service to rebook. We walked to customer service and explained our issue to the gate agent. The CS person said, I need to see your ticket & I placed my phone on the counter since we did not have printed tickets. She folds her arms, leans back in her chair & says she is not going to be disrespected. She called a supervisor. We waited 15 minutes and no one showed. I asked the CS agent her name & she would not tell me. There was an arrogance that should not be allowed by American Airlines from any employee. The agent next to her said she also would not help us get booked on the next flight at 6 pm flight. We had to go out to the ticketing area & through security again. The agent in the ticket area was incredibly pleasant. He made every effort to help us. On the next flight at 6 pm, the gate agents were all smiles, joked with us and we were on our way back home. No issues.

2 hours late, because they gave our assigned plane to another flight and left us with one needing maintenance!

Short flight. Too many announcements (occupied half the flight duration!!!!!)

The business class configuration on this plane is really contorted and tight in space. To have to climb over another’s feet to go to the restroom was less than comfortable. Also, I was served meals handing all plates and drinks in front of the random flyer facing me on the aisle. I felt it was an elevated comfort + economy cs business class. Also, the interface at Heathrow is awful. The lounge had minimal plugs to recharge devices and it was so crowded, There were few seats available in both the North and South lounges. Rarely anyone came by to clean up after the last 3-4 people who sat in that chair.
