There was no music on the flights unless you came with your headset.

Their bar selection could be greatly improved; they only had one spirit option

Music would have been great and information about the flight. Meaning how high and the weather conditions.

It was good but the food was small for the duration of the flight.

I wrote to the entertainment and food OK because it was non-applicable All excellent

Checking in online still requires going on the physical check in line

I enjoyed the smooth flow and well coordinated boarding and the very courteous attitude from the cabin crew We look forward to flying with ya’ll again

Pleasant experience checking in. Seating is way too tight, especially for persons who are not petite. I thought the pilot was excellent in terms of his commentary and information. Wrong gate information on boarding passes. If I was not alert I could have lined up to board the wrong plane.

The crew was excellent, check in was easy ,the food wasn't good, movies should be recent and more selections

The captain was great he made jokes and make thebflight very comfortable. Alerted us about the islands we flew over and Yolandra and her team took great care of us, very personable.

Flight from SBP to DFW 1. They rerouted us through PHX 2. Delayed flight out of SBP for 3 hrs so we missed our connection Downgrade on rerouted flight. Back of the plane, center seats, didn't sit together 4. Return flight out of DFW same exact thing. Delayed, missed connection, Downgrade + they lost our luggage! A complete mess.

It was right on time and crew were very courteous

Very, very dirty plane and I fly around one time a month. This plane looked like it wasn’t cleaned in a long time. Otherwise, good flight.

Delayed, missed connecting flight, ground crew double charged for international charges, were super rude and told me to just”deal with it” when I complained. Horrible airline, very frustrating.

It was a horrible snow storm, but updates were inconsistent and the app never displayed a remotely accurate time or gate until very close to boarding.

Flight to Phoenix was delayed 1 hour and was not weather related. Flight Denver was delayed 2.5 hours and again was not weather related as the plane came from San Francisco.

After sitting on plane for 7+ hours, flight was canceled. And to makes matters worse, my suitcase is in baggage hell!

Longer wait time at check in at Paris. No bridge to board flight , had to take bus and climb up stairs again to flight. Difficult for ones with back pain like me.

It was good, the staff was friendly and it was a typical flight to Europe.

Apart from changing gates and terminals yet again and almost missing my flight it was ok. Luckily American airlines was delayed once again.

Delay flight more than 8hours waiting and poor customer service!

Plane was extremely small so mind the size of your carry on
