Music would have been great and information about the flight. Meaning how high and the weather conditions.

It was good but the food was small for the duration of the flight.

Pleasant experience checking in. Seating is way too tight, especially for persons who are not petite. I thought the pilot was excellent in terms of his commentary and information. Wrong gate information on boarding passes. If I was not alert I could have lined up to board the wrong plane.

The crew was excellent, check in was easy ,the food wasn't good, movies should be recent and more selections

The captain was great he made jokes and make thebflight very comfortable. Alerted us about the islands we flew over and Yolandra and her team took great care of us, very personable.

I was fortunate enough to have an entire row to myself and that was the highlight. Unfortunately, the flight was really turbulent which had no impact on how effective the crew was. However, I am disabled and should have boarded the flight first, but that wasn't the case. They also decided to take my bag at the gate because I had one too many and upon my picking it up at JFK it along with my rollator had been damaged. I am a vegan so the didn't have a proper meal for me and I was unable to view the entertainment because I didn't receive a set of headphones and if I needed to supply my own I wasn't made aware of that either. The crew was great, but overall everything was pretty lackluster.

Terrible. Flight was cancelled due to the weather in the east and sout east(florida). Did not get any compesation of any kind. According to them, it was not under their control so I lost all the money paid for the 2 fairs from Raleigh, NC to Orlando, Fl.

Not sure why planes don't just board back passengers first.. also wifi connection could be beneficial and keeps passengers occupied

Another horrible Jet Blue experience. This airline has suffered the biggest decline of all from best to worst. TVs didn’t work (again). internet was temperamental. Boarded late and couldn’t get organized to serve snacks.

late lack information taney changed my sit even after i had checked i. a day prior and had been at airport checked in for 5 hrs. i have medical condition that i need to sit in aisle but changes to window. only apparent at boarding and they had no explanation why they changed my boarding pass and had no other seats. very bizarre, uncaring and disrespectful. Made my trip very challenging I should sue you. will NEVEr fly JB again. Ever. Would have blasted in social media but did not want to disclose my medical disability.

On-time departure, smooth ride for sure. All was good except, once again, there was no movies/TV as it wasn’t functioning.

I actually missed my first scheduled flight and caught it the next day. I think the check in procedure was mishandled by the baggage handler but the staff were very accommodating.

Has been always great except flight cancelation in the past at very last minute waiting till 2am and we when have to beg for overnight accommodation

After we landed, we were held on the plane for 30 minutes. There was no one at the gate once we landed and we forced to sit on a plan that had already over an hour delayed.

Terrible boarding , Business class seats are sub standard. As usual crew will miss your food too

Entertainment was okay not because anything was wrong but it is a short flight so having no wifi is annoying but understandable. Crew was outstanding as usual

Me and my husband experienced very bad in American Airlines. We missed our flight going to Doha. The American Airlines was delayed we arrived already 10:27pm. Supposed to be 9:40 pm. So what they did they rebooked our flight and they gave us a hotel. When we arrived at the hotel the front desk said it was fully booked already. Oh my gosh! I said why did you accept the booking if it's fully booked. The guy said that's American Airlines they just book even it's already full. That's 2am already, we have nothing to do so, we decided to go another hotel. We pay the room, food and taxi. Pls give an action on this matter. Refund our expenses and give us more compensation. Not only our room, food, taxi but also our efforts, tiredness looking for a room that can accommodate us.

I wish there were no credit card announcements. I paid hundreds of dollars, I don't need to pay again by sitting through advertisements.

We were delayed because of a maintenance issue, and our 90 min flight was delayed by 90 min . Our connection was also delayed so that worked in our favor or else we wouldn’t get to our destination. We arrived 2 hrs later than planned.

Very smooth for one of the busiest travel days of the year and the crew was great.

I had first class itinerary, yet they put me boarding group 5 from FNT to ORD! I spoke with the gate agent though, and she let me board in Group 1 like I should have been assigned. Would've liked water on that flight. I'm glad that I asked about food on the flight from ORD to DALLAS. If I fly United from ORD to any city in Texas, they always offer a hot meal and regardless if it is a time in between meal times. The excuse was that it was not dinner time yet. It was almost 6pm?? And the flight was over 2 hours. There were some healthy snack options at least, but fresh snacks like apples or something would be nice. At least offer cheese plates or similar. Please bring seatback screens like United is doing. The flight attendant in first class was wonderful.

Room on aircraft was nice main cabin. Interaction with cabin crew could of been nicer....only seen them once

Not much seat room, but that was unexpected. But the seat headrest was very uncomfortable.

Flying on Spirit Airline is a penny-pinching beat down.

Crew was very professional and friendly. An A for customer service. Had to wait over forty minutes at the carousel each leg for my luggage. After landing in Atlanta it seems they lost our luggage so we had to wait, very tired and hungry. Mothers were on the flight with months old babies sitting in the airport floor waiting. A very bad experience for my first use of the airline. Had it not being for the horrible carousel incident, it would have been pleasant. Comfort was okay, got what I paid for. You have to pay for everything. Looking forward to the cost to use the restroom next.

No basic services such as water, snacks. Internet very expensive. Seats were very small, hard and uncomfortable. Alaskan Airlines, my outbound flight to Boise from Orlando, offered beverage service, a snack, and reasonable priced internet, for the same price as my return trip on Spirit. It had more comfortable seating also.

Pack light and enjoy the quick boarding and early departure and arrivals.

Flight left very close to original projected time. Paid for checked bag weight overage (my fault). Plane was literally brand new & this was its 2nd flight. Seats were alittle uncomfortable (I'm 5'11 * 175lbs and was alittle cramped, & brand new seats had little cushion). Food options were good. Main thing was flight took off & landed on time.

Changing flights days after confirming an itenerary and moving a connecting flight to the next day which resulted in the layover extending from 2hrs to 10 hrs was a great inconvienience and burden to passenger

Spirit changed Gates 2 times and departure time once without on time information

Minimalist interiors are great for legroom but terrible for comfort.
