Automatic upgrade to First Class based on my status with AAdvantage. Love you guys!

No snack offered, leg room really needs improvement. N/A on entertainment; none offered or needed.

Great ground staff - made boarding smooth for my family , helped us be seated together. Cabin crew was very friendly.

Ground crew at SFO checking didn’t print my boarding passes for my second leg … creating a full mess at LAX So the desk asked for my passports, and was able to check in my luggage up to the final stop, they never realized that our journey was made up 2 legs.

First class food and service was excellent. When I booked the ticket my outbound was automatically upgraded to a non bulkhead aisle seat which was much appreciated. However, my return was not. By the time I upgraded only windows on the bulkhead were remaining. It would have been nice if my seat was automatically upgraded within the appropriate advance time window so I didn't have to worry about it. (Not a big deal)

more time in layover in seattle because security for passport is a very long line

Had to change our flight last minute it due to a family emergency. Customer service answered the phone right away and able to switch our flights for no extra fee. I would highly recommend this airline to all.

There should be a rating option of "n/a" for entertainment as there were no in-flight audio or video options for our particular flight. We want to give special praise to Flight Attendant Christine, who made our trip home very special with her extra attention to our comfort and enjoyment. Christine, you ROCK. You were an angel in our skies!

Sent me a text that the gate changes to B 3 so I hiked out there - sat for a while - only to realize the flight was leaving from the original gate - C 12

Flight delay. Didn’t receive seat assignments til last minute and partner wasn’t seated together

To san Francisco it was ok. From sf to Manila it was horrible

Awful, rude staff. Their abrasive comments are unnecessary. Most seek a frictionless experience and will cooperate if you ask. Additional childish bullying of customers is not acceptable or tolerated. We had the same problem with our departure flight. We will never fly United again.

Very poor the plane itself was really old, slight smell that couldn’t be named. I didn’t even get a boarding pass UNTIL AFTER clearing security! Even then, they said when I get to my connected flight I’ll get my 2nd boarding pass there! A bit ridiculous!

No cooked food. Crew was not friendly and not that helpful

See my previous comments. I was probably booked in business but was moved to economy

Boarding was efficient. Crew was not pleasant and skipped me during a round of beverage service. Older plane with no seat back screens and I couldn’t connect to wifi or their entertainment offerings.

My flight was delayed for a whole day, so I lost a day of my vacation.

I was refused to used the toilet closes to my seat and had to go to the back of the plane .. it was difficult for me I’m a wheelchair customer

Too many canceled flights and kept my wife and I separated on alternate flights. We did not fly out of Denver. We paid a lot of money for the seats we wanted and now that money is gone and we did not sit together. That being said, the many agents were very friendly and did everything possible to help us.

It was soooo hot I was sweating even at altitude. I know you want people to sleep, but keeping it that hot is stupid!

For coast to coast travel the A321 and even the NEO, even in first class will never be excellent. That would take a B787 or 777 to accomplish.

The flight crew was fantastic! Which the seats had a small TV.

The foot ottoman cushion was missing on my business class seat.. the hydraulics is on its last leg & seat cushions do not have support or paddling. Heavily dented by butts

also wi-fi never worked attendant said satellite coverage is spotty over water ..... but we were over land!

I was unhappy with having the seat I chose changed at the last minute. I was moved to an aisle seat which did not recline and was next to the bathroom. The bathroom odors made the flight entirely unpleasant. Having carefully chosen my seat months before I was not pleased with my AA experience. In addition, they ran out of tea during flight service, really?

Dallas Hub. American taking ownership for their screwups instead of blaming their contractors and customers, trading their people, their call in service, reservation agents and their ticketing process. Make sure wheelchairs are available especially when the request is in their record.

Flight was excellent. The food and service were great and the FA was very cordial and gracious.

The aircraft was on-time and plane and lavatory was clean.

It was freezing in there. When I asked about it, the response is “we would have to tell them” and then she just walked away and continued to serve beverages. Everyone was cold and they didn’t care at all.

My husband and I pre-ordered our food, but they did not have my husband’s order, and my cheese plate was very average. I asked for a blanket and was told they don’t carry blankets on domestic routs. The flight was on time and smooth!

Got on quickly and easily. When it turned out the other two seats in my row would be occupied, a nearby flight attendant immediately let me know that I could move one row behind me since it was an empty row, I moved into the window seat where I could relax enough to take a little nap. Can’t ask for much more.

Check in was made easy with the ladies at the luggage. they were fast and so kind. You should pay them more.

The plane crew made the decision to leave a LARGE group of us passengers who were stuck literally at the gate next to the Las Vegas flight & trying to get off. We were lied to & told the Vegas to Dallas plane was going to wait for us. I’m having to fly the whole night to my destination now because of this

Delayed 4 hours, the plane hot as hell. 2 passengers got sick. One of them was my wife. Airflow was very bad.

Paid 16 dollars for "streaming" grade WiFi. It cut out 10 minutes after paying for it and wasn't even fast enough to stream 480p video when it was working.

The plane smeltof burning plastic. The seat was the most uncomfortable seat i have ever been on, packed so tight together my bent knees touched the seat in front. No clearance under the seat for bag. Charge for carry on. By the time i paid for carry on 50$ and seat. This was not a cheap ticket. No food (red eye) No charging station (standard on most planes) Crying baby. I will never fly spirit again. And i fly several times a year.

The flight has been cancelled we have been waiting at the gate for almost 2 hours and they didn't gave me an update for rebooking

Canceled my first flight for no discernible reason and couldn't rebook me on to a new flight until the next day. They did not compensate me for the delay in any way.

At LAS airport, bag drop process was hard, you need to pay for a faster drop. There was a long line for a free drop and you need to do it by yourself. No one helped you. Bad experience at LAS airport.

Spirit airlines was awful like I mentioned before. There was maybe 10 to 12 inches at the most between my face and the seat in front of me. The seats are all set on an angles so my husband had no space whatsoever for his legs. The tree tables were such a joke. I was actually surprised they asked us to even raise them up for takeoff and landing because they were Easily half the size of a normal tree table. I could not believe they charged for every single thing, like coffee water or soda or any type of snack. Also the fact that they charge more for carry-ons than a checked baggage. It was completely ridiculous. I did it to save money and in the end I paid more. We love Southwest and we will travel with them because Southwest you get A great deal and nothing else taken away to make up for it. We were so happy I returned flight was on Southwest. Even my 10 year old daughter said she would never go on spirit airlines again. She is very low maintenance and such an easy kid. Just awful

First time experience and though you'll pay for *everything* meaning bags, water/snacks, even a question with a service agent - - all in all, not a bad experience whatsoever.

Our flight was delayed by four hours without notice, the app for getting my boarding pass is super confusing, and I wasn’t able to check a suitcase without paying for a higher cost package

Flight was cancelled and was not able to get another flight thru Frontier. Per frontier a refund was issued but I do not see a refund on my Afirm account.

First the gate was a total nightmare-no chairs anywhere! So over crowded and only one bathroom and nightmare of food service - took forever and NOT one place to sit. No inflight entertainment and had to pay 60.00 for a small carry on. I will never fly Frontier again!

Literally everything could have been better. Why are the planes always late?

After 5 hours of delay, they cancelled the flight. Very disappointed

My flight to LA was cancelled. I waited at the airport for 3 hrs saying it was delayed and then all of a sudden it was cancelled. Frontier only gave me a voucher and refund but could not rebook me. Flights on other airlines were too expensive last minute. I had to drive down to LA and didn’t even take my return flight home since I had to drive. One of the worst airline experiences in my life. It’s crazy how airlines can just upend people’s plans just like that.

Flight was 3 hours late leaving. Poor communication from the staff about delays. Impossible to get in touch with customer service (by design). And it actually didn't come out to be much cheaper than a non-budget airline! Not worth the headache, I'm never flying Frontier again

I’ve never flown frontier without a flight getting canceled. I understand that things go wrong with planes, but all other airlines handle cancellations so well. Frontier becomes a dumpster fire if a problem appears for them.

They wouldn’t let us on the flight even tho we were an hour early. No refund not even our bags that were prepaid
