Bad. Flight was delayed over 2 hours and the plane was sitting on the tarmac the entire time. We received no explanation for why the flight was delayed.

The flight was delayed by several hours at the airport and then again after we boarded the plane.

The worker @ security threw my Beach Stones in the garbage. On the plane, staff was helpful & nice.

Pretty terrible. The aisles on this flight were too narrow so we had to carry our baby, care seat, luggage, travel stroller step by step down the aisle slowing down a lot of passengers in the process. Not only was this a safety hazard but remember that scene from game of thrones where Cersei walks naked through the streets? It felt about as excruciating as that except both me and my husband were carrying 50lbs of weight while everyone from the flight attendants and passengers dolled out comments like “that stroller doesn’t fit in the overhead compartment and you should check it at the gate” when it is a travel stroller that absolutely fits and did fit in the overhead compartment. The flight said it was 30 min delayed but in actuality we did not take off until 1.5 hours past the original time. It was absolutely terrible. Alaska also charged us 200 dollars just in baggage fees even tho we took the time to buy two check on baggages via their app and bought an extra seat for our child and they still refused to overlook our first time flying with them. Everyone in general looked super miserable and traveling with them with a child is pretty much untenable. Lastly I originally thought I had booked an AM flight for my family but it was a PM flight which I knew was not going to end well since we had a 1.5 year old with us on a flight that gets in 9p. I ended up calling Alaska to try to change the first leg for a change fee, and would even have accepted half of a refund to book a completely different flight but of course they refused and absolutely allowed no flexibility to plans so I guess my revenge was our baby cried for 3 out of the four hour flight and hopefully convinced every miserable person on that flight to never fly Alaska again 🤷🏻‍♀️

On the way back the isle seemed more narrow. Kept bumping into people's arms and smaller seats.

They misplaced our 1 bag and that messed up our reservation for the following day of fun and we paid extra 100 for the bag. Not fun

Your website has terrible problems:: 1. My last name is is very long and did not fit the area, so I added it to the middle name. I added middle names of both my wife and I and the system did not show that, making my checking terrible. Because of this my passport and ticket didn't match. I spent with 2 agents who called Alaska to change my last name to include it all. 2. No entertainment, no screens to watch anything. The checking line was for ever, too few agents to check you in. I think this will be my last flight with your airline. Fix your system NOW and add checking people when you have so many flight at the same time. Many people missed their flight. Crew felt more like military service personnel who served food than helpful flight attendants. Boarding Process was chaos and the word “ boarding “ never appeared on the electronic board at gate 16. My online entertainment would only provide audio for the movies but no video. On the plus side, the seats were comfortable.

Both flights yesterday, experienced hard landings. Harder than I’ve ever felt before. Im hopeful there was weather involved and not pilot error. Other than the landing, the flight was quite good~

The flight was 90 minutes long and the stewardesses were extremely slow. I was in row 16 and they did not serve us drinks until we were descending for landing in a 90 minute flight. Unacceptably slow and at least 10 rows (20 to 31) did not receive any drinks or snacks for the entire duration of the flight because of the slowness of the stewardesses. There is no rationale to delay beverage service to brew coffee for a flight at six p m.

Lots of weather delays that were poorly communicated and managed. I get there are weather delays but they didn’t make it clear what was happening or comfortable on the plane

After my luggage was grabbed by another passenger, by accident, I chose to speak with the American Airlines staff within the airport. Not only was the customer support staff uninformed but also very argumentative, making this situation harder to deal with. I was only able to finally retrieve my luggage thanks to the passenger who took it contacting me due to the tags on the luggage. All of this was happening during another 2 hour delay and 3 gate changes. Horrible airline with disgusting, on the ground, customer support staff.

The experience with American Airlines was terrible from beginning to end. Flight 1210 from Cancun to Charlotte was delayed three times. AA customer service at the CUN airport could not provide information on why or how to accommodate me if I missed my connecting flight at CLT due to the delays. Upon arrival to CLT, de-boarding the plane was a horrible experience. You all should have allowed passengers with departing connecting flights within the hour, to get off the plane first! It caused so many passengers to lose valuable time waiting to get off the plane, and then the long lines in customs! American Airlines knew passengers had to make connecting flights and still chose not to hold the plane? I missed Flight 2758 from CLT to DCA for that reason. Waiting three more hours for the next - Flight 1269 from CLT to DCA. Once again another delay at the last possible minute before boarding due to the plane going out of service/maintenance. Once the new plane boarded, we sat on the tarmac for 40min. I did not arrive to DCA until 12:33am. I spent over 12hours at the airport and I plan to never fly American Airlines again.

Having issues traveling with AA for last two years, became a huge gamble

The flight from Guadalajara to Dallas had mechanical issues, and was delayed every half hour for 4 hours until we were told to rebook. As it was during the busy holiday break, most flights were fully booked and travel that day was unavailable. The only saving grace for American Airlines was their ticketing staff that maintained their composure and did their best to accommodate all the disappointed and frustrated passengers.

It was only a 50-minute flight from CLT to SAV. I could not get wifi in CRJ 900 plane,

The WiFi tv wasn’t working. The flight was over sold and moved several times. The gate assignment appeared on the screens right as we were supposed to board. Because of the flight being over sold we were almost stuck in Cancun for a couple of a days. The flight attendants were unfriendly and would wake you up to pick up other people’s trash.

The reason we chose Volaris to fly from LAX to Mazatlan, Mexico was because of the DATES and TIMES for the NON-STOP flights. When those flights got Totally Changed that was UNACCEPTABLE ! ! ! Also, when my husband Died unexpectedly, the Only statement that Customer Service kept repeating was "they would only offer Credit on a future flight". REALLY?! Volaris was only going to offer CREDIT on another flight to a DEAD PERSON ! ! !

Overall good but we had a minor scare when a wind shear caused the plane to re take off on the first landing attempt. The crew handled it well and we landed safely on the second attempt

It was unfortunate that I paid more than $120 one way to carry on my luggage to only have to have them checked baggage. We board the flight and there’s a lot of overhead space. They checked our bags in Group 2 but Group 3 was able to board with their luggage. I would not fly Volaris again. The flight attendance on the plane was very nice but the employees at the gate prior to boarding was very rude.

For the price, you pretty much can't beat this airlines. As far as comfort, you could do a lot better, but it'll cost you. Over all cheapest way to get from point A to point B.

Inept company. Won't fly again with them if I can help it. Plane was the wrong size and they couldn't board 20 people.

It was horrible, our flight back was overbooked and had to take a flight 12hours later in the day but to LAX. Volaris is horrible.

When you make the 3 Lines to board de airplane , I believe that you should make only one line first and then call the next and then last ,,, because the number 3 wait to long just standing there ,, my opinion !!!
