The economy class sitting/chairs is tight not spacious enough to sit comfortably but for other matters everything is perfect 👍☺️

Every thing was good except our baggage that wasn’t here when we arrived, we understood the cause but hopefully we will get it soon as possible

Flight was delayed. What’s better is if the flight stay on time.

Seats were very uncomfortable And the tv screens did not work neither did the phone charging ports. The crew was very friendly and the food was very good.

PAL Airlines is always delayed most of the time. Please try to avoid it.

Entertainment system in business class was broken. Not available during the entire trip. WIFI was difficult, kept disconnecting and required new passcode to re-connect (at additional cost, even if yo had already paid for the entire flight). In business class, they gave me free passcode, but I needed 4 of them to keep connected the entire flight.

The check in crew is rude. They are strict in luggage. How about you buy something in duty free and then they tell you to remove some of your stuff you’re ending up throwing everything. The crew are nice. But the seat is really hard it’s not comfortable in long flight. I’m not planning again to book a flight in Philippines airlines it could been better if you trained your check in crew to be compassionate and nice. I travel a lot in emirates qatar but never experienced anything like that.

Overall very good experience, staff is very friendly and helpful

We were told at check in that my wife and I will be sitting together. We were not. Our mistake was we did not check our seat assignments on the boarding pass until we got on board. At that time there was no solution because the flight was fully booked.
