Boarding was disorganized. The door to one to the toilets wouldn’t lock. The plane was shockingly cramped, and clearly used for domestic flights due to the menus for items to sell domestic travelers. United should be ashamed of its small seats, tiny unclean toilets, and money grubbing stance toward services, compared to Lufthansa, Emirates, and most international carriers United is awful.

Delay before takeoff, ran out of protein options for the meal served, waited on the tarmac upon landing for and hour, waited in corridor for people mover for 45 minutes and still waited at baggage claim for over 30 minutes. This was after Lufthansa cancelled our flight to Frankfurt. Will definitely be my last option when booking overseas flights.
A very poor experience which is a surprise as Lufthansa has such a good reputation. Absolutely no leg room in economy - it was very very uncomfortable - the video/tv screen was not working, food was poor but that is standard for airline food. We were assigned seating in the back despite having paid for seats at the front of the plane - it does not appear Lufthansa will refund these. Flight attendants were generally nice and helpful. Pilots were reassuring.
The worst experience of my life and I have been flying for 33 years
Super uncomfortable. Shoved in like sardines. Overhead bins were tight. Why was coffee charged for? I was insulted. How about an inflight magazine? Why can’t I charge my phone? Maybe the planes are old? They didn’t feel new. Television would have been nice. Bathrooms also very small for anyone not a size 6 or female.
Very short flight so the limited space and lack of entertainment were no issue. Crew was friendly and the flight was very punctual. Baggage claim in Prague was lightning quick.
Narrow, uncomfortable seats with metal structures under the seats that made it impossible to sit normally. You had to put your legs in oblique positions, causing pain in your spine and legs. This type of seats should only be allowed on short local flights of up to 2 hours, not on 10-hour intercontinental flights where you can hardly walk and go to the toilet due to lack of space. There is no question of short "walks" enabling circulation, due to lack of space. The plane's staff did not respond to calls and were engaged in long and loud conversations among themselves. They served only at assigned times to deliver meals. The entertainment system was not working properly and was hanging. The headphones didn't work properly either.
Two hour delay in boarding due to no catering. Really?
The in flight display for entertainment was very bad. There was something wrong with the touch screen. Another passenger in the same row had a similar experience. The continuation of technical problems were quite disappointing. I paid extra money to choose to fly with this carrier and it was definitely not worth the cost. I would suggest to roll the dice with a different company.
Delay, no announcements, no support to fast track transfer in Casablanca, made the connection despite all but my bag didn’t make it.
Easy flight, on time, easy check in but long lines.
I would like to praise one of the stewards, Mohamed, who was swift and efficient to help me as I was not feeling well at some point during the flight.
Good! except for the in-flight announcement which was very poor. The flight attendant was inaudible with her english language throughout the flight. Her communication was bad, very bad. I could not fantom what she was saying in english and she was very fast you could hardly hear or understand what she was communicating. She needs to improve. Thx

Check in process is terrible, only one counter opens to serve over hundred passengers, agents are incompetent and took too long to get passengers boarding passes. Supervisor is no help neither. On board entertainment 90% monitors were defective.
Good but your male staff should be more appreciative of customers. After all you are making a lot of monies from Nigerians.
Old planes that are not being maintained with at least basic cleaning. Plane smells awful, bathrooms not cleaned either. Customer service probably one of the worst I have experienced.

Nothing. Everything, the service the delayed plane and communications to passengers, the boarding, the food access before flight, no aircon on the plane until high altitudes and super long wait for baggage claim with no direction on tv signs.
