Find cheap flights from Managua to San Juan

Flight left an hour late because the biometric scanner for check in broke. Instead of checking in people in a traditional way they waited to bring in a new biometric scanner and thus we waited on the plane for an hour while they checked in the rest of the people.

The price is good but I feel that carry-on bag could be a little low and snacks prices

They kept Changing the flight times. It was delayed several times and at one point it was supposed to depart at 3.40am! At which point we ended up staying overnight and booked long a separate United flight for early morning departure. The spirit flight then got moved up and left at 1.30 in the morning when it was supposed to leave at 9.40pm the night before.

Didn’t happen. They stranded us in Orlando and had to book a flight on frontier to get to our destination.

Flight left very close to original projected time. Paid for checked bag weight overage (my fault). Plane was literally brand new & this was its 2nd flight. Seats were alittle uncomfortable (I'm 5'11 * 175lbs and was alittle cramped, & brand new seats had little cushion). Food options were good. Main thing was flight took off & landed on time.

I particularly did not have no problem with my backpack, but a few people in front of me did. The chairs were really uncomfortable. Unless is a super short flight for over a weekend I wouldn't take this airline.

Do I need to call them or will you handle my complaint ? I paid for one carry-on bag. my email said up to 50 pounds when I got to the counter they charged me $79 more for my 48 pound bag!!! they said nope only 40 pounds. My email says 50 pounds. !!! I’m out another $79!!!

Flight attendant very friendly. Seats not adjustable like before. I was in the middle seat and two big guys next to me isn’t to pleasant. No used to have delays in the past and now is too often.

There was nothing to like! 1. Seats are hard and extremely small in width and length 2. Back is hard and not reclining at all 3. Even water was not offered 4. $100 per laguage 5. Carry-on is around $100 6. 1.5 hours to get my laguage I could not believe that this is happening in the USA!! Just terrible! Atrocious quality of everything!
