other than a slight delay in takeoff from Panama , the flights were excellent ..... we will continue to use Copa whenever possible for flights to and from Central and South America ....

Pros: "Copa was convenient and easy. Very easy boarding process and I appreciated the day flight."
Cons: "This is a business class that is equivalent to a US carrier domestic first class. Good seats, not lay flat but wide on my 737-800. The food and service emulated say American Airlines Domestic 1C as well. Everything was just good enough, and much cheaper that international business on the majors."
Cons: "This flight didn’t appear in AeroMexico’s system. We had to get our boarding passes in Mexico city, but our original departure was from YUL."
Pros: "Shout out to Ricardo as my new favorite flight attendant."
Cons: "The seats are very tight, no tv, the rest of it wonderful"
Pros: "The best thing was check in, cordial, efficient and helpful"
Cons: "The security is a double, they do it twice, creating delay and discomfort, no distinction for older people like in the US, or people in wheelchairs and the space is tiny. The seats could be better even business class seats were bad and could barely be reclined. Copa sucks. Big delay in luggage, what's the point of going through immigration fast and waiting for over 40 min for luggage all this for $1000 ticket"
Cons: "They tend to be very sensationalist with the people sitting on the exit road. It would be nice to have some food for the people that are vegetarian, something; just don’t ignore them and continue walking. This happened in both flights. Not even chips. Nothing."
Pros: "Nice crew and food."
Cons: "They only allow one suitcase as baggage. So people use a lot of carry on, due that I had to put my backpack in my feet, even when I wasn't using any carry on."
Cons: "5 hour flight and the channel selector wouldnt turn to English till 3/4 of the movie was over. Seats were almost as uncomfortable as spirit. Food... don’t .. get your own. Otherwise was fine."
Pros: "From IAD airport the flight was on time, however in Panama airport Copa delay the flight for 8 hrs and made us sleep in the airport."
Cons: "Have better customer service and not change the flight 24 hrs before."

The personal at the front desk in Manaos was awesome, I have never experience anything like that before, the person who attended me deserves to have a promotion I still remember him, very educated, kind but overall he could put himself on your position

I don't think anyone actually reads these comments, so I won't spend much time on this submission. If you want to talk, you know how to reach me. The D/FW manager of Avianca (self-identified), Juan Calderon, insisted I buy an onward ticket from San Salvador even though I have diplomatic status in El Salvador and live here. It cost me $1,393 and Mr Calderon would not let me make the ticked flexible so I could get a refund. He went out of his way to be rude to me. He gave me seat 32K -- windowless window seat in the last row and did not offer to let me upgrade even though there were plenty of seats. I have flown well over a million miles in my life and this is the worst experience I have ever had. I would like a refund on the ticket I was forced to buy. Just awful!

There was no food or drink service, couldn’t even get a glass of water for free. It was a long and expensive flight to not offer food or beverage on the plane.

No complimentary food and beverage (water, soda, coffe) is offered for a six and a half hours long international flight, not even in premium economy, just to try to squeeze a few more dollars out of the passengers. Same happened in the connecting flight, which was three and a half hours long (Bogota x Miami). First and last time flying with Avianca.

No complimentary snacks food, beverage (not even water), pillow and blanket on a 6 hours long flight (including economy comfort). A low form of nickeling an diming. Lost a recurring passanger over a soda. Avianca never again.

Flight departure late. Got late in Colombia making us take a different flight next day. Avianca airport crew messed up my ticket so when a I got in Brazil I didn’t have a ticket for my destination. Had to buy a new ticket out of my pocket.

My international flight from LAX to Argentina had one free check in bag included in the price I paid, however your crew in LAX made me pay $95 USD to carry it on! Please note I had only on small size luggage (carry on size) and one backpack. I demand my $95 USD back that you guys charged me illegally in LAX.

At least free water in all flights Beverages are desired in international flights Luggage damages need be refund!

The flight was overbooked and the solution gave was unrespctful. I arrived 4 hour in advance in the airport and only after 2hous was possible suggest a different ticket with another company LATAM, I have accepted, but when I was checking in at LATAM the tickets was issued without luggage, what it is absurd since I have bought my tickets including it since the beginning. Due to the timing for the next flight was not possible return to Avianca to claim due to the distance between Both companies Avianca and Latam since were located in different terminals. I have insiste to the crew of Latam to call Avianca to solve it, but they could help they were alleging that only paying a thousand pesos Mexicans ($1,000 MXN) to dispatch my luggage would be accepted and I have no money at all. So I had to beg for others passagens, it was an humiliating to exchange luggage with who was platinum in order to return back the luggage in the connection airport in Brazil (GRU). I have no clue that a judicial process would be taken from my side due the lots of stress in sequence by the non professional treatment with a passenger that was just following everything said by Avianca.. Long hours of waiting until next flight and only arrive at final destine in 6hs later..

Pros: "The crew was nice. I had the front seats ehich were super comfortable."
