$702 Find cheap flights from Mexico City to Mumbai

The flight was again delayed for more then 2 hours with some lousy explanation regarding the reason of the delay. Although the flight was delayed for more than 2 hours, no refreshments were offered (according to EU regulations). Last 4 flights on KLM - always at least 2 hrs late. So be prepared that you cannot plan anything with KLM.

no issues at all... Kudos to the food. This time was really really good

Mostly fine. Minor delays departing and arriving. Quite a cramped plane, not so much as regards legroom but very narrow seats. Quiet nice food. Non-working USB charger. Flight attendants were helpful but not particularly proactive — one had to work to get their attention (but all was fine once they notice you), very Dutch style:)

One of their staff was so rude with discriminative. Such a reputed airline shouldn't hire such kind of arrogant attendants.

The boarding was one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. The fault lays on Ohare Airport and not so much the airline. The waiting area by the gate was the size to accommodate a regional flight for 20-30 people and right next to a busy walkway. When you cramped nearly 300 passengers into that space is was unbearable.

All and all pretty good. It’s crowded but that is what flying is all about. But no complaints otherwise.

The seats are too cramped in that plane. If you’re above 1,80m consider alternatives or first class I guess… There were no emergency exits to seat somewhere with more legroom

The Crew have no idea about the food they're serving the passengers. The Crew MUST be instructed before each flight about the menu that will be served to the passengers, whether the food is vegetarian or non-vegetarian, whether it is Halal, Kosher or not.

Everything in general was great, but we left 30 minutes late

Nothing really was great as such. Seen other no name airlines perform better.

Boarding did not have a clue what is an EU disability card

the worst experience we had. they put connection label to our luggages with mistake and we had to wait for 5 hours to pick them up

Flight canceled and uncanceled. I had already rebooked and so have to pay for both. No one is willing to admit fault

The airplane from IAD to Istanbul was too old. The chairs were to tight and uncomfortable. I continued my travel from Istanbul to Bangkok. This airplane was better and newer than the first one. Even food was better.

Process for on line checking needs a lot of improvement. Very frustrating.

they were much nicer on this flight. however, my baggage was delayed by one day, and one of my suitcases arrived broken.

the female flight attendant was racist towards me. I could tell she treated the two other passengers next to me with more softness.

Everything was great Turkish airlines should show the same attention to international flights.

Catering strike impacted food service. Snacks & water were available. Gate staff did advise "if you want food on the plane you will need to bring it aboard". Entertainment system not available on this flight. Boarding was early. Departure was early & arrival was early.

This is not really an Air Canada item, but the PA system un the Cancun airport is very poor. Any passenger announcements or changes were basically inaudible.

It was upsetting that the flights were canceled but that was due to weather. I did not receive any vouchers for food or a hotel stay when I was forced to spend the night in Montreal. I was also upset when my seat was changed many times.. The plane seemed old with a non-functioning screen and loose side pockets.. All in all in need of updating. On the positive side, the staff in areas was friendly and helpful.

It was good. They ran out of snacks, which we didn't get the first time through. Free movie selection was great. Glad my husband had extra headphones with him. Airplane was still cramped, but we survived. I had to squish between him and another man. I'm glad I was smaller than them, but still tight.

Once again my complaint is how close the seats are together. Also, the bathrooms were not very clean by the second half of the flight.

Again we were late leaving Austin , there was no tv screen for the 3.5 hr flight, the pizza I bought was kinda bland

I am used to the seat sizes and the bathrooms being so small. Main complaint was that the world travel map was not working and the food is poor. I think they need to come back with the idea of free meals when the flight is over 5 hours. Buying meals is terrible as I can not eat much gluten. Over all I will always fly Air Canada as it is reliable and friendly staff. I really like that now I can track my bag as to where it is and when loaded on the airplane.

We have all noticed how almost all comforts have been eliminated from economy flights. But this was the first time on two international flights, where we were only offered “complimentary” beverages, but not even a cookie or a little bag of nuts or pretzels. Pathetic!!!

Nanaimo to Vancouver was fine but flight from Vancouver to SFO was not so hood. Major problem besides 7 hours of weather delay was the fact they let 4 very drunk men on the plane into first class. They were awful! They should never have been allowed on.

I am 6'0 and almost no leg room. I am also not a small person, but this was the first time I had a issue with the seat belt. I feel like they should be made a tad bit bigger.
