West Jet has a horrible boarding process and the seats have no cushion.

Flight delayed about 2 hrs so it made it a VERY late night

MSP to Atlanta was much better than Atlanta to St. Kitts. Paid $180 each for myself and wife for Delta comfort from Atlanta to St. Kitts. Seats were more narrow and obviously old and worn out. Tailbone is killing me. Seat would not recline. Seats behind reclined and we were not an exit row or in front of an exit row. Entertainment did not work in that the movie jumped forward and back and there was no audio. The plug in the arm rest was loose. Flight attendant tried “resetting” the video for my seat but no good. She never checked back. Someone else near me had the same issue. Touch screen was unresponsive. No where near as comfortable as MSP to Atlanta flight. 3 plus hrs. flight time without the basic amenities and not even remotely close to comfortable but paid for Comfort plus. I will be very disappointed if I have the same on my return “Comfort Plus” flight St. Kitts to Atlanta. At the very least my wife and I should be refunded for round trip “Comfort Plus” charges. The seats are too hard for long flights but otherwise- the process was smooth, the staff attentive, and there was to keep you occupied during the journey if needed.

The flight with Delta was good and I recommend this company.

I like using the Delta app to keep informed, boarding was smooth, and flight attendants were awesome and on top of everything, good communication from pilots.

Flight was on time and in fact arrived early. Seating was as comfortable as you can get in coach. Adequate leg room. Good entertainment system and offerings. Food was good. Flight staff was very good and accommodating.

Crew members were friendly and attentive, and the flight was very smooth, but I think I was bumped into about a dozen times between crew and passengers. No sleep was difficult, though I’d take a restless flight as long it was smooth anytime.

Airline stewardess service is good. The check-in attendant had a bad attitude and was unprofessional. We did not complete the trip as originally planned. Very dissatisfied☹️ We didn't get on this flight

They offered food. The crew passed by again offering water. I enjoyed the two seating section. I think is very comfortable instead of the three seat way, unless you seat in the middle; which it's not bad, but I wouldn't prefer. All and all, I think the lay out of the seating rows are better than other airlines so far( I haven't tried many anyways). The lay out makes the getting in and out to use the restroom less uncomfortable and cramped. First time flying with Latam. I will fly with them again

Everything was as you would expect in coach - fine. Flight was close to on time.

It was confusing because I got a notification that my gate was changed when in reality it wasn’t

No air in the middle rows. Had a hard time breathing. Was dying of heat.

Horrific checkin procedure with neither Delta nor Latam figuring out how to check me in. 4 hrs on customer support with both and both airlines pointing to each other who should do checking. I was not checked in until morning of flight, which for international flight is concerning.

the flight from Boston to Curitiba was on time actually 30 minutes earlier. latam was not able to unload the luggage for custom checkup in Sao Paulo ii took two and half hours . i missed the flight to Curitiba spend the night in hotel and then flying in the morning to Curitiba

Tough flight with turbulence… I was told by a fellow passenger that it is common. Nonetheless, very stressful. Cordial staff.

Worst situation ever! I booked my tickets for this trip on Alaska Airlines. I guess AA is a partner and we flew nonstop from Eugene to PHX on an AA jet. I had to pay for luggage from PHX to EUG. And this was an Alaska Airlines reservation paid for with Alaska airlines credit card! Got to the PHX airport and was not able to check bags because of some weird issue with the AA software. My reservation had to be the-entered by the agent. I will never pick another American Airlines flight on the Alaska Airlines website. While on vacation, I tried to upgrade our seats for the trip home. The request just buffered and never went through. I tried four times and was charged four times on my credit card. The card was charged but the seats were never changed. What a wreck!

Left from gate 30 minutes before flight. Never been late to a flight ever. It says 15 minutes before explicitly on the ticket.

I like the boarding process, it was fast. The seat doesn’t have a TV for a long flight and food wasn’t served, just snacks.

Use planes with TVs on flights over 4 hours. The free entertainment was a cheap in between solution for a very long flight that you don't even bother providing meals or decent snacks.

Even though we left CMI late, we mostly made up the time.

Absolutely terrible. The boarding process had zero organization. Mobs of people trying to board. People were climbing over my child's stroller with her in it. No families were boarded first. Boarding was delayed with no reasoning or notification that it would be late. We were then stuck on the plane for 45 minutes after landing. Then waited over two hours for our luggage. There was zero communication with the travelers. Never have I experienced such I professionalism and disgrace of others. Extremely disappointed.

Crew was nice, explained emergency protocol very well. Flight took off and arrived on time. Pilot explained the small delay that occurred with docking and providing updates. I would definitely fly spirit again.

I had no legroom, although I paid for extra legroom. I could barely put my bag in front of my feet and under the seat. The Wi-Fi was horrible. In fact the flight attendant said that they had to reboot it and see if it was going to work and never did.
