No boarding announcements leading to the usual confusion and people trying to board before their group number.

As usual, the flight with normal legroom was not very comfortable, but the second flight was much better because we had paid for extra legroom. It was very nice to check our bags without an extra fee.
I was fortunate enough to have an entire row to myself and that was the highlight. Unfortunately, the flight was really turbulent which had no impact on how effective the crew was. However, I am disabled and should have boarded the flight first, but that wasn't the case. They also decided to take my bag at the gate because I had one too many and upon my picking it up at JFK it along with my rollator had been damaged. I am a vegan so the didn't have a proper meal for me and I was unable to view the entertainment because I didn't receive a set of headphones and if I needed to supply my own I wasn't made aware of that either. The crew was great, but overall everything was pretty lackluster.
Pros: "Copa was convenient and easy. Very easy boarding process and I appreciated the day flight."
Cons: "This is a business class that is equivalent to a US carrier domestic first class. Good seats, not lay flat but wide on my 737-800. The food and service emulated say American Airlines Domestic 1C as well. Everything was just good enough, and much cheaper that international business on the majors."
Pros: "Yo había ido al sanitario, cuando regrese ya habían repartido los jugos, la aeromosa muy atenta me llego a preguntar si quería jugo y me lo llevaron."
Cons: "Al momento de dar las instrucciones de seguridad, creo que los pasajeros prestan más atención y entienden más si hay alguien del crew al frente dando ejemplos de cómo hacerlo. Todo lo demás excelente!"
Cons: "If we were not forced to pass through Costumes and take our Luggages and go through security again, although we were in transit for couple of hours only. I lost my pierce and no one helped"
Pros: "Everything was ok except for the body odor seated next to me."
Cons: "person next to me had bad body odor and urinated in the seat. Was on a 7 hr flight trying to avoid the smell. The caretaker of the person didn’t care about the uterine in the seat that I brought to her attention. The man seated in front of me complained about the odor and pointed also noticed the uterine in the seat. I accidentally put this info in the comments on my flight from medellin to panama. This took place on this flight."
Cons: "Copa ground staff did not let us board citing some yellow fever vaccination card requirement. What Copa did not know that there are some exceptions (which they don’t know and of which we just found out) allowed by WHO which would have let us continue our trip to Managua. Will never, ever fly Copa again. Actually I advise everyone else to stay away from Copa."
