Copa me elige como "voluntario" para cambiarme y poder enviar a una familia a la cual había sobrevendido los tiquetes. Finalmente me envían a las carreras con Avianca, pero Copa lleva mis maletas hasta Panama y luego las devuelve a mi aeropuerto de origen, dejandome sin mis pertenencias y además no asumen la responsabilidad ya que dicen que es problema de Avianca Literalmente vi cuando el avión de Copa se lleva mis maletas, sus funcionarios en Bogota, incluyendo la gerente local me aseguran la entrega en Miami, pero simplemente era para poder engañarme y dar el cambio de silla por sobreventa

As usual, the flight with normal legroom was not very comfortable, but the second flight was much better because we had paid for extra legroom. It was very nice to check our bags without an extra fee.

other than a slight delay in takeoff from Panama , the flights were excellent ..... we will continue to use Copa whenever possible for flights to and from Central and South America ....

I liked the friendliness of the crew and comfortable flight. All good.

Everthing ok , crew very nice but but we had a bad experience with the wheel chair we had to wait too much for the chair, my husband couldn’t walk and he was in lot of pain , LATAM has to take care of that

It’s been some time since I saw the plane and the cabin that old and worn out.

No air in the middle rows. Had a hard time breathing. Was dying of heat.

Not very good, they nickel & dime you for better seats & pay extra for the checking in bag, bad service all the way around

Flight was great Customer service was questionable until we found someone at checkin to help us. One young lady took all our passports disappeared for 15 minutes, came back with nothing done, handed to someone else and left for lunch. Very complacent. Baggage was very expensive until we went to the service counter and a separate person helped us. Even with platinum status they wouldn’t allow free bags. We will continue to fly Delta as our preferred carrier but will avoid checking in with Latam. Dr. Armand Radke

We had 2 delayed LATAM flights in our trip. We were only given one coffee for 5 hours delay. Also when we were boarding the crew wanted to charge us for our allowed carry on luggage. I got a bit angry and they finally didn’t charge anything. Not flying with LATAM again.

Very unprofessional staff in the checking and boarding. There was no space for my carry-on bag, which is understandable for a full flight. However, the rudeness in answering my questions about my bag were unnecessary. Shaming and threatening a passenger to be left behind was something I had never experienced (I am 57 years old and a Skymiles member) before. At a minimum, the boarding staff (Krystal Mejia and her manager Dee) should undergo further training on cultural sensitivity and professional skills on speaking with passengers. Krystal, just because I have dark hair and “look Latina” does not mean I can speak Spanish. Your assumption and threatening words until the very ending of my boarding (door of the airplane) were not only unnecessary and stressful but something that a passenger should not experience before boarding.

They gave my seat away although it was a connecting flight with them and the flight was a bit delayed.

Too many gate changes for someone of my age. Gate changed to another terminal!!!!! Do you know how hard it is to change to another gate???? walking with a bad knee and back with no assistance! You need more transportation workers that can assist the elderly when gate changes happen!

Being in business class! Not liking being suggested that blinds should be closed in the day time. I like to look out of the window.

Despite my vow to never fly with American Airlines (AA) again following a disappointing experience in the summer of 2022, I found myself reluctantly booking a non-stop flight from Huntsville to Washington D.C. on AA, as it was the only airline offering this direct route. To my surprise, the entire process was seamless, from boarding to landing. The flights were punctual, eliminating any need for excuses or explanations. Based on this positive experience, I am pleased to say AA has regained my trust and will be considered for my future travel needs.

less delays; there was an hour+ delay on both flights. self serve check in kiosks weren't available for British Airways flights

The flight was delayed multiple times. I had to buy a new tickets (4 tickets) for my family for a total of $5200 cnd And missed thanks giving with our family. Very very poor and disappointing service.

I could not take my trip because both of my cruises were cancelled. Kayak said it could not credit me for the flights. This is the last time I’ll use Kayak
