Seats are weirdly bent, I felt hunched the entire time.

Good with British Airways - terrible with American Airlines! Stood at gate for “mechanical problem” - plane delayed. Had to check my personal belonging with 5 empty bins available in plane, desk staff rude!!! Toilet not working- asked “to use working toilet sparingly - it may overflow in cabin!”

The flights was delayed by hours and it was the firmest landing I have experienced in my life. My back is still sore.

We were redirected to a near by city due to weather and had to stay in the aircraft before flying to the original destination's airport. The whole delay added 3+ hours and were were not offered any snacks or water.

Both flights yesterday, experienced hard landings. Harder than I’ve ever felt before. Im hopeful there was weather involved and not pilot error. Other than the landing, the flight was quite good~

The flight was 90 minutes long and the stewardesses were extremely slow. I was in row 16 and they did not serve us drinks until we were descending for landing in a 90 minute flight. Unacceptably slow and at least 10 rows (20 to 31) did not receive any drinks or snacks for the entire duration of the flight because of the slowness of the stewardesses. There is no rationale to delay beverage service to brew coffee for a flight at six p m.

Flight delayed, boarding time kept changing, not good. Nee firm information given each time.

Couldn’t use car seat due to lack of window seats available was disappointing

Best price with timings that suited us. The flight was punctual.

After my luggage was grabbed by another passenger, by accident, I chose to speak with the American Airlines staff within the airport. Not only was the customer support staff uninformed but also very argumentative, making this situation harder to deal with. I was only able to finally retrieve my luggage thanks to the passenger who took it contacting me due to the tags on the luggage. All of this was happening during another 2 hour delay and 3 gate changes. Horrible airline with disgusting, on the ground, customer support staff.
