The seats were incredibly small and the attendants were grumpy the whole time.

Expect to get miles for us having to miss our first planned flight due to them waiting on passengers that decided to be late to the airport.

Staff great. Tight seating. Pretzels and drink same as any other airline.

Long flights are best when the seats have movies and shows to watch.

The cabin temperature was very warm. Flight attendant did not help when my 3 YO needed to go to the bathroom and it was close to landing time. She knocked and opened the door. I would appreciate more empathy towards the situation.

Held up on the first leg of our flight the captain asked everyone to remain seated so that we and two others could deplane quickly to catch out tight connection which we did successfully.

The flight was fine. The breakfast sandwich purchased in advance not that great I did not use their entertainment.

Took off in time. Landed early. Much better than I thought it would be. Only down side, no TVs

Crew was great. Very nice. And the bad... Do not get the aisle last row seat on a 737-900. Right next to the bathroom door! I literally saw everyone on the entire plane! Not good! Landing was a little sketchy too. Felt like we were skidding all over the runway!

Service was good for such a short flight. Small plane but smooth flight.

The flight was delayed but we got to our final destination.

Uncomfortable seats on 14 hour flight. Mediocre food. On time and great crew.

Crew was great. However the seat I had would not recline and stay put. It would spring back to upright. Hopefully they can check the seats and maintain them. Otherwise the plane is clean and the crew is very friendly.

Pricing of seats is difficult - price transparency has disappeared. First class, business class. Comfort plus, economy, basic…. Especially the pricing of seat reservation. Used to be but early get a better price; now it seems prices are falling as we get closer to departure. Miles ticket value has gone away. Give me a break. Everybody is playing the game of upselling and delivering lower service. When demand drops, so will the game of price gouging, but we’ll see.

They made us check our bag…. Even though there was plenty of space up top… and then proceeded to shatter by brand new luggage 😞

Smooth boarding and I always like when the crew asks passengers with tight connections to deplane first. I wasn’t in that group but many times needed to be. When the staff asks for it the other passengers usually listen.

I was flying from nyc jfk home to Miami and I used a flight credit from delta since they destroyed my bag earlier that year. On this return flight I landed retrieved my bag and noticed when I got home that delta ripped a hole in my bag and got one of my belongings caught up wrapped around the wheel of my Tumi bag!!! Oh and now their policy says they won’t replace it.
