So far one of the good one , whenever I go to Korea , I always use Korean airline .

They could have had more up to date movies/better choice of music.

Terrible experience will never fly Delta again. Delayed flight with total disorganization and inept crew who wouldn’t communicate.

Will try never to fly Delta international again. Flight delayed and staff completely inept in dealing with it. Would not communicate, rude, completely disorganized. Once we reached Seoul the staff there had no idea what to do with us and led us around the airport from one pointless line to another. They were clearly not told how to manage the situation even though they had hours to make a plan. Never again.

They texted me my gate number and then they texted me again it’s now boarding but in different gate, and the gate was so far from the gate they texted me earlier. I have to run just to get to my flight. They always do that.

The crew and my luggage was still pretty good after a long flight. They take good care of the luggage.

On time departure and exceptional customer service during the entire flight.

The flight crews were extremely professional, helpful, and courteous. Departure and arrival times were accurate. No delay. I will use K airline again. Thanks

everything was great except for the plane itself looking worn out.

It was great, but the wifi service was very hard to pay and I barely could use it during my trip. The seats are also a bit tough for tall people (economy area). Other than that, it was a pleasant experience.

Service is excellent - crew all so respectful and friendly. Airline comfortable - lots of legroom even in economy. Food was great even came with ice cream!

Great easy And smooth check in boarding and flight. Great experience. The allergen free meal was good because I could eat, but flavor and texture left a bit to be desired.

Just a little puddle jumper from Los Angeles to Vegas. Not much can be said, I had to go ask for some water.

WiFi inflight was not working. Then they told everyone they had no beef for the steak option. So that left just sea food and snacks. So all I ate for the 11 hour flight, was an ice cream sundae. Gave out Casper mattress pads, which are always so nice.

The Hawaiian airlines checkin desk was too small for the number of checkins. The seat on the plane was right next to the jet engine and it was very loud. It was probably 90 decibels or more loud. They should offer protective ear muffs for those seats. Seriosly. It was LOUD. The boarding of passengers should begin with those at the back of the aircraft, not the front of the aircraft to avoid having to wade through people who are still putting their stuff in the overhead bins on the way back to the back of the plane.

Flight was delayed 4 hours likely due to staffing issues. Otherwise smooth flight.

They serve food for free from SLC! Can’t beat that! Entertainment was okay but most of the flight was for sleeping anyway.

Great flight experience going from Honolulu to Kauai. Nice short flight, so some things don't really qualify for an excellent rating, food & entertainment, since there wasn't any. Check in was nice and easy, crew was great, I'm 6'7" so the seats could have had a bit more room for my knees. But I survived.

There weren’t a lot of choices of movies to watch for the “in flight entertainment”. It was kind of a hassle to switch between Wi-Fi hubs to check the flight tracker, and then back to the other for wi-fi access

There needs to be clarification on what are considered medical items, as an exception to the 2 items per person carry-on limit. How can a C-PAP be more of a medical item than prescription medicines that must be taken daily for survival, such as diabetes medicines? Diabetics take a slew of must-have medication every day, enough to fill a small bag. That bag can fit under the seat in front of a passenger along with a purse, but we are not allowed to count those two together as one item? Well, that depends on the gate attendant you talk to. It's confusing and irresponsible to suggest we may have to check something as necessary as a purse or prescription med, if we also want to carry on a relatively small (backpack size) bag, with an emergency change of clothes and toiletries in case of an issue with the checked bags (which is suggested by any travel expert). Shouldn't carry-on items be by the amount of space they take, rather than a count of items? We're told that if we can combine three items into two bags, then we can take them. Those two bags will take up the same space as the three, but they will be far less flexible with how they can be fit into the space. How sensible is that?

Cabin was clean but staff would not provide pencils when they asked us to fill out paperwork. Booked as a group and they chose seats that were far apart instead of together.

Well organized staff friendly and great attitude. Little awkward and slow to check a bag in Lihue but otherwise a pleasant experience

The crew was quick and efficient. The flight was uneventful and arrived slightly early.

No food or entertainment because it was a short flight. Unfortunately the takeoff was delayed more than an hour

Flight home lot's of room shame I never noticed that they ripped my suitcase and didn't notice it to I got toy destination and had to buy new set

Your seats in the last 5 rows are terrible. My knees were jammed into the seat in front of me and the lady sitting there decided to recline it. Jammed my knees bad. I don’t know if I’ll fly United again.

The flight from Cleveland to Newark was great. The connecting flight wasn’t so good.

This was a short flight with no food. The attendants were great but the comfort was poor: just to cramped. The flight from Denver to Frankfort was excellent! Seating was roomier, food was good, service was good. This was a great experience.

Delayed over an hour due to paperwork not being filed correctly. Forced to change planes.

I still prefer Delta, but Delta doesn’t fly to State College PA.

The seats on the aircraft are like sitting in a rock. During the boarding process they recognize Active Duty Military, why don’t they recognize Retired Military. I’ve always preferred Delta, this flight confirmed why I still prefer Delta.

The flight attendant was very kind and offered my son a snack for free.

Flight was quite late as there was no pilot Crew is usually excellent, this flight not as good as usual there were more mistakes, slower and less friendly service But honestly the aircraft was too cramped and uncomfortable for a 4 hour flying get so, do to the aircraft liability the very best you could ever do is mediocre.

Great ride! arrived safe and sound. Everything was great altho its still uncomfortable seats too small space to pass through in.

Flight was delayed and caused us to miss our connection. American Airlines did nothing to compensate us and they lost 2 out of 4 of our checked baggage. They have not returned inquiries into customer service and have not offered us compensation. Terrible.

The PAL employee who assisted my minor children went above and beyond her job and our expectations! Sophia was kind, courteous and made sure my children were taken care of!

First and foremost it was a Philippine Airlines.my experiences ,number one non- stop flight no lay over not other airlines,number two ,boarding they calling by ground letter.number 3 stay on time no delay flight

Worst airline. They had 3 security checks just to get onboard and no notification prior. Had to throw away any liquid bought at duty free because one of the security checks was prior to boarding the plane. My onboard media console was not working, the flight attendant said they will check on it but did nothing. Pretended we did not ask for it to be rectified for a 17hr plane ride. Horrible experience. My first and last time taking Philippines Airlines.

Poor check in attitude , terrible food , movies selection poor, food came out cold , service terrible , entertainment system also broke so we had to use a iPad , worst biz class I have ever been on

Upgrade their seats. They’ve got 20-year-old business class seats in their 777s. The food choices. On the way to Manila and the way back I thought we’re lousy compared to other carriers. The staff was fantastic and very happy.

Not a pleasant experience from the start of booking first flight all the way through to the actually flight. Only saving grace is the food.

No power on an 11 hour flight? What a joke. Crew did not come by enough to get trash or offer water.
