Staff and crew are wonderful, professional and courteous. Meal is delicious and snacks can be improved. Entertainment needs improvement, pls update selections of movies. I appreciate that our flight was on time

I flew economy class so of course it’s not as roomy as business and first class. But overall it was ok and the seat had an interesting way to recline — the seat itself extended forward instead of the backrest. This way the person sitting behind me would not lose space by my reclining—excellent concept. I wish all airlines used these seats.

Flying with ANA is always a breeze. Seats are very comfortable.

For the price of a seat that is obviously crammed together so as to get many more people onboard and combined with the long flight duration, Free WiFi should be an automatic “Thank You for Flying with Us!” To charge an additional fee when so many other businesses offers it is a bit “cheap” on the airline’s part.

Flight was on time and the crew was as expected, friendly and respectful. Food could’ve been better though.

Lovely airport at Haneda. Great food selection. Spacious and private boarding area with dedicated bathroom for each gate.

They did not get my request for veg food that i made a month ago. Also did not have any backup veg food on board or fruit plate or simething. Very disappointing as i had hward about how grwat ANA was supossed to be. Alsio entertainment was lacking and screen and tech was subpar. Overall just mid to low tie. They are living off reputation and are being passed up by most other carriers.

Eva Air's Business Class is pretty decent. With the given price, I think that the food can be better.

My original flight was rescheduled & EVA did a good job rescheduling my flight & connecting flight.

Everything was fantastic! The crew really went above and beyond to make it a great flight. I felt cared for with EVA.

Liked the check in process, the service, and bathrooms being cleaned and stocked regularly. Food could have been better. I suggest serving some snacks or sandwich mid way some time after dinner and before breakfast.

On time. Easy online check-in. But always give me a middle economy seat with wacky passengers (or even a seat next to the toilet room). Also could be more courtier staff.

We were in the middle far back of the jet. I was bumped or felt every step walking past hundreds of times as the crew and public made their way from the bathroom or galley. It was also the coldest flight I have ever been on.

我在柜台被拒绝办理登机，因为我拿的中国护照。我没有台湾签证，有美国绿卡也没用。关键是没有任何人事前告知，从美国飞回去的时候也没人提醒说你回来的行程会有问题。然后票也退不了。我其实提前一天在网上check in了，航空公司应该在看到证件是中国护照时提醒一下。

wanted hindi vegetarian meal but that as a no-go

The crew spoke Chinese to every Asian person. I even did not understand anything. So rude. If they don't know passengers’s nationality, they have to speak a common language in English. They lost my luggage. I didn't have it now. I don't know where is my luggage. They lost it. So terrible airline. I will never use it again.

The seats are very uncomfortable just was not a pleasant experience

my flight was cancelled an hour before departure and i have not received a refund yet.

A child behind me was kicking my seat and the cabin attendant noticed and kindly asked me if I’d like to switch to a different available seat. Really nice.

The flight crew was very nice. Had a bit of a hiccup on my end when I checked in flying from Tokyo to Sapporo but the staff was very helpful. Definitely enjoyed both flights.

There was no social distancing on the plane. Lots of people sneezing, etc so the coronavirus measures they are taking are not adequate. Very uncomfortable flight. Also hard to get customer service support by phone in English.

For Travelers with babies, if they can be supported by allowing to carry the Baby stroller upto the Airplane gate, and not submit at the Check-In counter. it will be very convenient. Thankyou.
