Flight was good and arrived a little early. Very good.

Flight attendants had no personality! The looked miserable! My seat was broken in first class. I can’t believe how American Airlines changed. 😞

amazing! they were so kind and allowed us to sit on empty seats so we could stretch our legs and sleep good. Food is amazing as well plus dessert in the middle of the flight!

Everything was on time; the flight attendants and the gate personnel were very pleasant and helpful.

Flight was delayed due to crew not being there, besides that it was a normal flight.

Flight departed PHL one hour late due to late arrival of aircraft. On board services were okay. First class menu does not offer any new items; same desserts (cheese & crackers or Mango sorbet). At least there were no credit card promotions during the flight.

Poor availability of food. Cold cabin temperature. Extremely long waiting time for a flight attendant to respond to a call button signal.

Horrible staff from rip to miami especially one guy that didn’t want to serve me snack or food to me or my wife and was very rude

The plane was subbed for another last minute, the gate was changed last minute. Could live with that but we boarded and there was a delay which totaled an hour in the end. There was a technical issue which meant wheels needed to remain out for ten mins after take off. My USB phone charger was broken as was the headphone jack which meant I could t enjoy the IFE and could use my phone after a few hours. Even the map function on the plane failed to work after a few hours.
