Copa performed as expected for the amount of money I was willing to spend for the flight; it wasn’t exceptional but it was not bad in any way either. The crew was good; friendly and straightforward. The food was airplane food, so no expectations there and the entertainment was lacking but that was my fault for owning an IPhone with a charging port that’s not compatible with the rest of the world. I’d fly Copa again.

other than a slight delay in takeoff from Panama , the flights were excellent ..... we will continue to use Copa whenever possible for flights to and from Central and South America ....

I have sent two emails, called and spoke to a customer service representative who treated me unprofessionally and rude. After that I have been calling numerous times with a wait of over 25 minutes each time and I still have to answer from you as a company. I am extremely disappointed and want an answer soon."

Didn't like the 6 hour delay as it caused me to miss all of my connections. Still, I did get home safely 14 hours late but exhausted.

Nice clean modern plane no issues with the b flight

Plane felt so crowded and tightly packed. The chair itself was not comfortable.

Flight was changed last min. Had a screaming infant a row in front of me and a parent who did nothing to calm the child.

Help was available but timing was bad in my case

Not sure about entertainment as I didn't use any, soay e there should be an NA option on this survey. Otherwise everything was just as it should be. Of course I wish planes were more comfortable and had seats that would tilt back further.

One suitcase didn’t make the flight and was delivered a day later.

It was super hot. The flight attendant seemed forgetful and abrupt.

Flight very friendly. Made sure all passengers were comfortable and took care of any personal issues

We were delayed due to technical fault but captain kept us informed and did his best to make up time. Service by cabin crew was adequate, food was pretty poor, seats were cramped and uncomfortable. We fly BA nearly every year and we notice standards dropping generally. That’s a pity for our national carrier! However, florida is our first choice for holidays and we will be back!!!!
