Pros: "That there was seltzer"

Pros: "Everything has gone very well."
Cons: "The food (egg) made me get a little bit sick but it wasn’t a big deal."
Pros: "Crew was amazing. I was thinking of upgrading to business class but did not know how"
Cons: "copa is great"
Pros: "Everything was great as usual. Copa is an excellent airline."
Pros: "The crew wasnt nice"
Cons: "The organisation. Letting know to people about the documents required to access in a country by email in advance."
Pros: "The crew was friendly and very connected with the passenger's."
Cons: "No having entertainment individually makes it really hard when you have a hild and has to watch adult content."
Cons: "They tend to be very sensationalist with the people sitting on the exit road. It would be nice to have some food for the people that are vegetarian, something; just don’t ignore them and continue walking. This happened in both flights. Not even chips. Nothing."
Pros: "The flight was smooth"
Cons: "One Cooa employ tried to force me to check my carry on. They did not ask if I wanted to check it. They told me I must. They ridiculously placed the bag on top of the carry-on measuring device and told me it was too big. I had just gotten off another Copa flight from Port of Spain where there was no issue at all."
Pros: "The crew was kind. Movies were available, as well as a charging port for phones."
Cons: "We were prohibited from bringing water onto the airplane. However, this didn't seam to apply to all water bottles. My empty plastic water bottle had to be discarded, however, my friend's 32oz metal water bottle with water in it was allowed on the plane. She was able to get her water bottle filled during the flight, but my water bottle was tossed by the staff prior to the flight. How does this make sense? This was a 7 hour flight during which only 3 times were we given a small cup of water. That is crazy! Airplanes make you feel so dehydrated, and three small cups of water is not enough for 7 hours, that is absurd. Please, just like all other airlines and flights, allow people to purchase or fill their water bottles (regardless of the material of the bottle) prior to the flight so that they can remain comfortable."

I was told we'd have a hot breakfast option in first class, so I chose not get a hot breakfast. It was a very strange meal, but the fresh fruit was very good quality. Service was excellent from ORD to ELP. No service from MBS to ORD, not even water. However, when flying American from FNT to ORD, which is a shorter flight, they at least pass out snacks and offer water.

Delayed a day due to snow storm. Was upgraded. That kind of made up for significant delays from FLL to COS with no compensation or acknowledgement.

The leg space between me and the seat in front of me was excellent.

Awful…flight was delayed more than 12hrs, missed all connections to Fort Wayne, IN, had to get flight to another city 2 hours from my destination, flight was again delayed by 40 mins because they did not have enough fuel, again missed a connection, finally arrived in Indiana at 11pm…but before my 2 hour drive home, ay, no Five That Our Luggage Never Made On The plane and Still In Chicago

Boarding went well, staff was friendly. Food was not goods at all. I had ordered vegan meal. The seat I picked didn’t have storage area in the front and so had to put my small back pack at the top.my flight to Bangalore from Munich, the tv was broken so I got complimentary wifi which never worked. Food there too wasn’t good. I had paid extra for the seats. The only good thing is that the fact we have a flight direct from Charlotte to Bangalore with one stop in Munich!

All planes flying to Mexico City are very old. Seats don’t even have power outlets.

The only thing concerning was the delay. Otherwise, it was ok.

Every experience was good except for the lack of comfort in those economy seats. I never had knee pain until that flight. Those seats are uncomfortable.

Delays, excuses, delays, and more delays. This company is BROKEN.

My luggage didn't make my transfer in Newark. It took 4 days to receive it even though I tried to pick it up at the airpory

I think the seats on some of their planes are uncomfortable. You can be ok on a short flight of two hours but no more than that. The delays, and also the refreshments on the plane were not enough.

Ac was broken so we deplaned, waited 2 hours, taxiing for takeoff they said the plane would not fly so we went back to the gate and got a new plane which took another hour. In all a 4 hour delay for an 80 min flight.

Terrible, oxygen masks were deployed mid-flight. We returned to airport. Took additional 12 hours to get home.

We were delayed bc ground crew gave the flight crew the wrong paperwork. We taxiied to the runway then back to the gate to get the correct paperwork that no one bothered reviewing the first time we pushed back. Boarding was rude and stressful like it always is. Gate agents and flight attendants are all over 55 years of age, embittered by years of underpayment From AA leading to their passive agressive bitchiness for no reason.

Boarding time was easy & quick. Crew was excellent. In-flight entertainment was great/easy. Seats are too small and not enough room between rows: felt like a sardine/very cramped.

This flight was late and did not meet the connecting flight.

Turn on the heat. Flight was way too cold from Arizona to Chicago.

My first flight was delayed so late that I would have missed my connection. I had to cancel the flight and reschedule for the next morning. I took over half an hour to retrieve my luggage. I already paid $30 for checked in luggage for the flight I didn't take. When I checked in for my new flight on app I paid another $30. I went to the kiosk for my luggage tags and was charged $40. (My baggage didn't make it on the connecting flight but was delivered at 10:00 that night.) Later that day I requested a refund of the baggage fees. I received an email stating my refund was complete in the amount of $234.62. I didn't realize that meant my return flight was canceled until I tried to check in at the counter. They had refunded the wrong thing. It costed me $381.10 to book a new flight home. Overall a fiasco. At least my baggage made it home with me.

Plane felt so crowded and tightly packed. The chair itself was not comfortable.

Ground crew forced me to double pay for infant international charges, when I complained about this and told them, with proof, I already paid they threaten to not allow me on the plane because I was “being rude”. Horrible ground management, horrible airline.
