Find cheap flights from Port of Spain to Castries

There was no music on the flights unless you came with your headset.

Their bar selection could be greatly improved; they only had one spirit option

Music would have been great and information about the flight. Meaning how high and the weather conditions.

It was good but the food was small for the duration of the flight.

I wrote to the entertainment and food OK because it was non-applicable All excellent

Checking in online still requires going on the physical check in line

Pleasant experience checking in. Seating is way too tight, especially for persons who are not petite. I thought the pilot was excellent in terms of his commentary and information. Wrong gate information on boarding passes. If I was not alert I could have lined up to board the wrong plane.

The crew was excellent, check in was easy ,the food wasn't good, movies should be recent and more selections

The captain was great he made jokes and make thebflight very comfortable. Alerted us about the islands we flew over and Yolandra and her team took great care of us, very personable.

All was good. The headphones they supply are of poor quality. The food is good but too much dairy.

There was a medical emergency and required extensive wait for offloading after a long flight. Curious to see if there are other ways that it could have been more effective.

Seat layout, flight/club attendant service, food variety and quality could have been better. Business class Standard is visibly low compared with 6 other airlines that we have traveled for the past two years.

Economy seating has been dumbed diwn so far that it is uncomfortable for an average adult. Too small, too cramped, no room to move, and hard as a rock.

American was good / British Airways partner was not as good…

The aircraft was Airbus with plenty of space for carry on bags

Due to air traffic control, although we boarded the aircraft early, take off was delayed for nearly 50 minutes. This meant we arrived in Lyon late … and the baggage took over 30 minutes to be offloaded … not the best experience.

I had to give up this flight because my flight to Budapest was delayed and then my luggage was delayed by 24 hours. I tried to reschedule my return to a later date and BA wanted to charge me $500 so I booked a flight on Wizz Air and it was seamless. I am never flying on BA ever again.

Have more options for food so folks can select what to eat. Entertainment was not great. I think that's one area they can greatly improve one. Update the movies and choices for entertainment. The crew on the Dallas to London was professional and very responsive and offered great service. Good job American airlines!

The crew was great as was in-flight service. Check-in was terrible. Then I was bused in a cramped shuttle out to the plane where customers had to lug heavy carry on luggage up stairs to get on the plane. When I arrived at IAH in Houston I learned my checked luggage was not on the plane. I have not received any communication about it from British Airways - a very poor way to treat a customer on a pricey business class ticket. I doubt I will fly on British Airways in the future when there are better airline options.
