Failure of APU meant massive delays at start of journey , baking in an unventilated plane Not good

Delay ca 5 hours on the first flight and 2 hours on the next one

The airline ran late and I almost missed this connecting flight to LGW. The airline didn't act very sympathetic to my situation. I wished that didn't happen as my experience I'm sure would've been much different.

One flight has delayed, but connecting flight ( the same company) has another plan for us. And left TO TLL. Instead Finnair.Who waiting pax from BRUSSELS. GREAT EXAMPLE OF COOPERATION. 👍

Great leg room and very clean plane nothing could be better 😁

Pros: "Not much to say here. It was a short flight, and it went smoothly."
Cons: "I’ll say the same thing about almost every flight I have, and this is mostly for the airlines. People might fly more and pay a bit more if you give us more room. Being crammed into a tiny seat with a bunch of strangers is never pleasant. Same in this flight. Nothing terrible, just the usual. Also, to the other passengers, sit down until it’s your turn to exit. What is wrong with you that you can’t sit five more minutes? Be polite and let the people in front of you go first, let them have room to grab their bags instead of having your elbows in their face."
Pros: "Everything except the delay"
Cons: "No delays, took bag crew forever to load the plane, they were extremely late....waited over 35minutes"
Cons: "The flight was late by half an hour and I had to pay 60€ because my cabin bag was 2kg heavier than allowed."
Pros: "The crew was friendly. Baggage arrive safely. But the repeated commercial interruptions trying to sell things made me wonder if it was commission based - a nap was not possible from the announcements but you could buy things duty free. I am glad it was a short flight. A new plane."
Cons: "There are no queues. A free for all to load and unload the plane. If you are looking for Swiss order, look elsewhere. Nothing is free, not water (1.5 euro) or any other beverages or anything else. We paid double what the flight should cost to not even be offered water. The seats were lightly padded to maximize seats. There was a small amount of leg room but some. No power outlets, wifi or media. The worst aspect is I bought a flight on Baltic Air from Tallinn to Riga and had the price from Riga to Paris on the next tab on kayak. I bought the ticket from Tallin to Riga then flipped to buy Riga to Paris only to learn it was a bait price. The price was actually $200 more. Baltic would not refund the first flight (within minutes) so we were stuck to either walk away from our 2 tickets to Riga or pay the bait and switch rate. We begrudgingly paid 400 (200 each) euro MORE than the initial price shown so we could fly out of Riga back to Paris (to be back in Paris by Jan 7). A non alcoholic beverage, a small snack, and power access would be helpful. Ground crew helping with order would be helpful. I was shoved and run over trying to get onto and off the plane. It is the wild west of flying except the plane is new...oh, and it is 30 euro if you do not check in online ahead. But you will still need to stand in line to check a bag (where they can issue you a boarding pass)."

Tv screen not working. Food in business class was cold & not available

Pros: "Quick Check in"
Cons: "The crew were not nice. They dont even pick up garbage during the 9 hour flight. They give you a gallon of water in a huge bottle without a glass and you are on your own."
Pros: "Nothing to like"
Cons: "This Iwa’s very bad experience. Never again will use LOT"
Cons: "The worse experience ever. I booked the flight and then they canceled it, i tried changing the dates but the website was giving me an error so i called them, after being on the phone for 2 hr some guy answered who seemed very tired and not thrilled working for LOT. Rood and not helpful, told me to try FB messenger and online changing again. Failed to get a voucher, refund or change the dates online, was still getting an error. on messenger they answered and told me i can get a voucher, i told them i don't want it and after that they stopped replying all together. good thing i got my money back by filing a dispute with my credit cart company."
Cons: "somebody lost my bag with ski boots, never again with polish air lines,NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!"
Pros: "The crew was great! Was disappointed they gave us a A340 from air Belgium instead of the 787 Dreamliner we were supposed to get."
Cons: "Boarding was tough they made us board a shuttle like the 90’s and go up stairs was really tough with kids and carry ons."
Pros: "I like that the boarding was delayed mid-way for some unknown reason (thus, the take-off was 15 min delayed), and I was able to get on the plane with my short connection not being the last passenger. :)"
Cons: "Food could have been better."
Pros: "The plane itself is ok. Not expecting too much from economy class."
Cons: "Not much really."
Pros: "Very good, professional and kind crew. The airline did not submit my request for vegetarian food but one of the crew went out of her way to create an "a la carte" dinner from the first class food."
Cons: "The plane does not have a gate at the Tom Bradley terminal and we had to be bused in. That was too much delay. On top of that, the airline lost one of our luggage. Thank god for insurance!"

Horrible experience. Nothing to give to kids to keep them entertained.

Hated every minute of it. Delayed for over 10 hours only to have to cancel rental car, car insurance and hotel. Its taken me 3days to get to my final destination when it should have only taken 12-14 hours. Very unhappy with Lufthansa.

It never happened. The flight was canceled because of ground crew strikes in Germany.

You need to reimburse me for my seats purchased and luggage.

My baggage has been lost for the last 6 days! The problem originated at LAX with Lufthansa, which was a very big disappointment from LAX to Munich. The flight was delayed over an hour, the overhead bins on the window side are too small for most carryon's, the in-seat video screen were very poor as they would not respond to your touch quickly and would stop and start all over again, the earphone jacks are not like most standard ones, the seats still has wrappers and trash in pockets and on the seats. and there was no USB outlet to charge your phone or other devices. The German reputation for quality is bogus with this airline. BUT the responsibility for delivering my luggage became Air Dolomiti's as they were the last leg of the trip. The baggage area was chaos because several flights arrived at once. I took me over an hour to file a claim, the agent entered my info incorrectly, and the contact numbers for Lost and Found at the airport was never answered. I have never been called by Air Dolomiti or the baggage delivery company. I had to do all the calling. AD's live agents gave me two wrong phone numbers for the baggage company. When I finally got the right one on my third call, OF COURSE, no one answers and I still do not have any information on when my bags should arrive. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL operations by Lufthansa and Air Dolomiti. I will make sure I book any other air carriers on the rest of my flights to Italy this year.

Seats on the A320 were more comfortable than the A330 I took from RSW to Frankfurt

Le personnel attentionné et trilingue, la tranquillité du vol. Aucun aspect négatif

I would not fly again with Discover or Lufthansa. Every leg of the flight was either late (3+ hours) or cancelled at short notice. No alcohol supplied unless purchased.

Our flight was canceled for unknownreqson and we had to wait for another 7 houres to get the next flight

Seat was comfortable, but very hard to work to recline properly. Impossible to find the headphone jack. Food was not good at all. Tray table pocket was filthy. Flight attendant seemed annoyed at everyone and everything.

50 minute of delay on a flight scheduled after 22pm is really annoying. This was even the only flight departing from Frankfurt Hahn on that evening so the delay was inexcusable

Due to long security check and no last call announcements from Gate staff, my family and 12 other passengers missed the flight.

Boarding process makes no sense for priority boarding or not since everyone gets crammed in a bus and everyone gets out without any difference.

Everything’s went straight forward, no issues, good service and friendly crew

O voo atrasou um bom bocado A tripulação não era comunicativa,não fez vendas... Não abordava os passageiros... A 1°vez que me acontece tal coisa 🤷‍♀️

The usual average Ryanair flight, but we landed 20 min before due time, which was very good.

While this flight from Dublin to Venice boarded on time, its departure was delayed by about an hour because, apparently, there were no demonstration kits on board, and we couldn't depart until the safety demonstration was completed. We were informed that we were in danger of losing our delayed slot if Ryanair engineering didn't provide the kits 'soon', which would have resulted in an additional two-hour delay. Thankfully, we didn't incur that additional delay. It's not clear where the source of this problem lies but it needs to be addressed to ensure it does not recur for other flights in the future.

it s a budget flight, crew was doing their job well, it was on time.

The flight was canceled 2 days before, without any alternative offer

Flight was delayed due to weather so not much Ryanair could do about that - otherwise it was very efficient and smooth
