10 seat Cesna. Equal parts transportation and adventure. 20 minute hop at 10000 feet and 160 mph, sitting 10 feet from the pilot. Panoramic views of the island. Very simple boarding, very low stress. VQS airport tiny, undeveloped. Highly recommended flight, Cape Air doing a great job here.

We traveled in a small Cesna so there was no food or entertainment. The pilot was excellent enjoy being able to see the places we were flying above. It was an OK flight.

Very smooth flight and landing. Pilot delivered his safety instruction in such a monotone that it wasn’t easily understandable. Words were said but he didn't communicate to us. If he was communicating to someone he cared about, he would have used inflection and other nuances of speaking. Virtually all emphasis was removed so it was just blah blah blah (really fast, like the end of a Pharma commercial)

My pilot on Cape Air was AMAZING!!!! I hoping that next time I fly I have him as my pilot. He made me feel safe and secure in his skills.

I so appreciate this service into and out of Glendive. Always a good experience with crew and support team.

I paid for the service of having the right to choose my seat and it was not like that, they put me where they wanted and I explained to one of the staff that they were before boarding and they were very rude. I am traveling with the family and they put us in separate seats.

Little snafu at boarding. Staff communicated with gate poorly. Flight attendant was rude making disembark early. This was an older mint class. Needs an overhaul for sure. Food was good. The male flight attendant was really nice.

My encounter with the entertainment services provided on board was moderate; the functionality of the Wi-Fi connection was either sluggish or nonoperational, while the display screens were antiquated and suffered from poor visibility. On the positive side, the cabin exuded a sense of expansiveness, and the crew exhibited amiable and accommodating behavior throughout the journey.

Everything was great except for some reason crew and ground crew could not figure out how to deal with an electric wheelchair and it delayed us 20-30mins. Was pretty frustrating for passengers and the captain.

Like the space, did not like the snack options, there was no power outlet in seats, no entertainment, no flyfi.

Traveling with JetBlue from NYC was convenient as accessing JFK airport was straightforward via the LIRR to the AirTrain. Maneuvering through the terminal was hassle-free, which was a pleasant start to the journey. However, the flight experience itself left much to be desired. The seating arrangement was notably uncomfortable; despite securing a window seat, space felt cramped. This was exacerbated by the middle seat passenger encroaching on my area, which made the flight less enjoyable. Additionally, while the in-flight entertainment system initially seemed like a reprieve, the sound outlet on my seat was inoperable. This issue turned what could have been a manageable three-hour flight into a rather tedious ordeal, as I was unable to use the entertainment system effectively. While JetBlue provided a smooth process in terms of airport logistics, the on-board experience highlighted areas in need of improvement, particularly in terms of comfort and entertainment system maintenance.

The flight crew that we had in our section may have been tired or something. I asked the flight attendant about my son’s screen not working and she spoke down to me like I was stupid. He still had no working screen throughout his flight. The other members had no personality and seemed like they were annoyed when you asked them for something. Definitely took a hit for simple things on my JB experience.

I volunteered to let them put my carry on suitcase in the baggage storage area. But when we landed I was told it was being unloaded IN A DIFFERENT TERMINAL! I had to walk (painful for me) a long way to retrieve my bag and my ride had to move from the waiting area they were in to a totally different one. Not happy.

Over 2 hour delay for a 50-minute flight is unacceptable, especially in normal weather. Very poor communication via app

In-flight staff was very helpful and excellent. However, the flight was delayed by 90 minutes. Also the boarding process should be expedited in case of delayed flights. This will help the passengers trying to make international connections.

The boarding process was such a chaos with everyone crowding at the gates. There was no structure. The onboard crew were fantastic and very good.

For coast to coast travel the A321 and even the NEO, even in first class will never be excellent. That would take a B787 or 777 to accomplish.

No choice of meal in first class. Was the worst meal I’ve ever had in first class.

Experience was fine. Seats were cramped, and we had to wait for repairs before we could take of. Even though the door remained open, we were warned that leaving the plane could cause difficulty trying to fly out later. Staff was pleasant, and climate control was fortunately working. We had trouble at the DFW terminal, but I don't think that was AA's fault.

VERY disappointed at the agent checking in my luggage. I know that the weight limit is 23 kg, a little over 50 pounds (50.71 pounds). Yet the agent kept repeating "50 pounds". So I said, the limit is 23 kg, and she had the audacity to say 'no, it is 22 kg!" Imagine my surprise. Was she ignorant or was she poorly trained? Not sure. The boarding process was pretty good. The speakers were loud enough so I still could hear them despite inconsiderate passengers continuing to speak while the announcements were going on. During the flight, the teenage girl sitting behind me kept pressing her feet to the back of my chair. I turned around several times, yet she did not get the hint. I did not make a fuss since I sense I had a bad streak that night with AA, so I just did the best I can to lean forward and not let that bother me.

Flights were on time both ways, such a big plus! Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Question the choice of snacks that, which on both flights was dairy based. Appreciated using bottled water.

Frontier is definitely a good option for people traveling light or on a budget - just remember to bring your own entertainment and your own headphones if you need them.

The seats were dirty with crumbs and trash , looked it had not been cleaned up from a previous flight

Nothing about the flight was good. The crew was rude and unwilling to assist would never recommend this airline to anyone and for sure will not fly it again

The plane was very clean, the flight attendants were chipper and accommodating. It was roomy

There were a lot of issues at the gate in Atlanta — which caused delays in boarding and getting to our destination. The aircraft and crew were excellent.

9 hrs wait in airport then flt redirected to airport an hour away from our booked airport. Then at 8:00pm flight Cancelled. Silver supposed to book us on American the next day. Booked my husband but not me. Cost me Ubers, hotel, meals, new ticket and 1 hour taxi Cuz no flights to our home airport. Absolute disaster. Silver staff had no idea what was going on or what to do. Never Again Silver

Nothing about this flight was good. They are always cancelling or grossly delayed. We were delayed for 45 minutes for no apparent reason with no explanation or anything we could see and I missed my connection to Durham NC. I was on my way to my best friends memorial and funeral. Now I'll missed them both!!

Total disaster! The easiest flight was kept delayed till … cancelled! And before official announcement of the flight cancellation I was offered to join ongoing boarding to FLL so I had to change all my traveling plans, have lost my car reservation and a payed spot at the meeting I was going for to begin with! I had to no show to my flight back, because it was from different airport again!

Flight canceled 11 hours after being delayed. Miss annual family vacation because of this

This was a short flight so food was not offered. The stewardess was great at giving water out. The baggage check at the airport was hideous. One person was untrained and had asked a question. The other two people were just dealing. Someone could have worked the line and said you must have a luggage tag and you must have confirmation. We waited for some people at the counter for 20 minutes because they couldn't find their reservation or they were missing their luggage tags. We were in line an hour and 20 minutes had to run to her gate just to find out our flight was delayed 40 minutes. The silver air website never updated with status changes on the phone. Horribly irresponsible flight company.

I like that the crew member offered to hand me my carry in after I walked up the stairs

This Airline is horrible. I never made it to Orlando. Left after waiting for this flight since 11:45am. This flight was delayed 15 times up until 10:30pm. Boarded twice after pilot reported issues with the plane. After the the second boarding the pilot now reported ground stop in Orlando due to weather which was now at almost 5pm. This is ridiculous that passengers have to sit for all this time dealing with so many issues. Why wasn’t there another plane brought in before the weather became the third issue. Will never use this airline again. Awful. I hope I get my refund.
