Left my bags in origin city on a business class ticket , spent about 2-3 days in the same clothes plus the flight .

The personal at the front desk in Manaos was awesome, I have never experience anything like that before, the person who attended me deserves to have a promotion I still remember him, very educated, kind but overall he could put himself on your position

No complimentary snacks food, beverage (not even water), pillow and blanket on a 6 hours long flight (including economy comfort). A low form of nickeling an diming. Lost a recurring passanger over a soda. Avianca never again.

Every food and beverage has to be paid and the seat was not confortable. They even gave water.

Flight departure late. Got late in Colombia making us take a different flight next day. Avianca airport crew messed up my ticket so when a I got in Brazil I didn’t have a ticket for my destination. Had to buy a new ticket out of my pocket.

Avianca: you pay for a high-end flight and you fly like a low (very low) cost!

The flight was excellent, provided that we had inclement weather. We departed earlier than scheduled and arrived early. There was a little turbulence, but nothing to be worried about.

Smaller, regional aircraft limits amount of overhead luggage space. At least there were jetways at both BNA and PHL. First class food service was minimal with the usual assortment of packaged snacks (nothing creative) and no handiwipes. American tries to turn around aircraft too quickly without enough time to clean the planes. WIFI service did not include TV programming.

Closed the doors on 9 people rushing through the airport for the flight with delays all over the AA terminal. Ended up reopening the gate after 10 minutes and stressing the customers who had all sat on the tarmac for 30-40 minutes with bottleneck AA traffic. Discourteous and unprofessional staff at the gate initially. Worse experience with AA ever. Okay on the plane. Pilot was fine through tough weather.

2.5h delay due to unruly passenger in first class. Had to be removed from the flight. No food unless pre ordered. Didn't know we would need it because of delay.

Boarding was efficient. On board drink was slow. Temperature was a bit warm in the beginning.

Great service, on time, professional experience. Great landing under challenging crosswind conditions at BWI. I made my connection in Charlotte despite the plane getting stuck finding a gate to park in on arrival. The only glitch -- the Airbus 320 from CLT to BWI was quite comfortable, but the larger 321 from Logan to Charlotte had minimal leg/knee room. I get that it's a high volume route but dang, couldn't even open my laptop it was so tight

My trip was delayed for more than 3 hours without any explanation. Also I have a business meeting that I lost.

I have traveled with American for decades since I am based in Dallas, it is rare that I do not use them. I upgrade or I get upgraded to business class regularly. I notice the difference in the crews based on when they take drink orders. Before we take off or waiting until we are 20,000 feet up. This crew was exceptional. We had two people working business class while the plane loaded and everyone was served before takeoff. The attention to detail by the crew was exceptional. All I had to do was look up and eye contact was made and I received what I asked for. This is truly why I fly American. There are some routes where the crew do the very least and some that are exceptional. This was certainly service that other crews should strive for.

Our flight was delayed two hours. We nearly missed our connecting flight and had to rush across the airport with little kids and all their luggage. They didn’t give us enough time to walk from one gate to the other, then when we got on, we waited another half hour while the crew loaded cargo. It seems like they could have given passengers more time if they had cargo to load anyway.

Awful experience. Both flights were delayed several times with weather but also crew members being the official cause. The vouchers are unusable and insufficient ($50 voucher to fly the same crappy airline is a joke for putting me on a red-eye that landed at 3:00 am). The aircrafts were old and uncomfortable (have a real pocket on the seat, for crying out loud!).

the landing was terrible. the plane touched down and had take off. the plane flew around and landed a second time.i understand the weather might of been the problem. It was a scary experience and no explanation from the captain.

A solid 5 stars. Could it have been better? Not for that price!! The crew was well humored and kind. The process was easy and efficient. I’d do it again in a heartbeat.

There are additional charges for everything including water. If you are unwilling to pay additional charges you are afforded no comfort at all. Seats are smaller than other airlines and do not recline. Schedule changes appear to be customary because you encounter them on departure and return.

It was a worse experience. The boarding staff was rude and rude to my family. We had to endure shouting and humiliation in front of all the passengers for a bag I was carrying.

They're terrible. 3 to 4 hours delayed. Also they don't even offer you water in the flight. You have to purchase everything. The seats are so uncomfortable. Never again will flight with them.

Boarding was delayed because they were understaffed and had only one baggage drop machine going. The gate staff seemed indifferent. Olsen crew were very nice, though.

The purpose of Spirit is to get you where you are going with no fluff, bells or whistles. It’s literally a well built, great engine, tuna can. I can’t complain about the flight as the price more than outweighs any complaints anyone could ever have but it’s not the most comfortable ride in the world. I have always felt safe on board and the take off and landing are always incredible. Some free water on board would be nice at least.
