This was my first time flying Copa but I'll definitely be back! Great service, professional agents, and delicious food for a fair price. Thanks for a great trip!

No water for a 5 hour flight entertainment not working seats with little room for knees when person in front of me reclined kept bumping my knees.

I did not like anything, first time I use company and for sure it will be the last time, they charge for simple operations that any other average airline wouldn't charge.

The D/FW manager of Avianca (self-identified), Juan Calderon, insisted I buy an onward ticket from San Salvador even though I have diplomatic status in El Salvador and live here. It cost me $1,393 and Mr Calderon would not let me make the ticked flexible so I could get a refund. He went out of his way to be rude to me. He gave me seat 32K -- windowless window seat in the last row and did not offer to let me upgrade even though there were plenty of seats. I have flown well over a million miles in my life and this is the worst experience I have ever had. I would like a refund on the ticket I was forced to buy. Just awful!

There was absolutely no food or drink service unless it was paid for. I am not used to this.

There was no food or drink service, couldn’t even get a glass of water for free. It was a long and expensive flight to not offer food or beverage on the plane.

They could offer food and drink without having to pay extra for it,

Flight attendants to show up on time, offer drinks and food.

Wasn’t able to take the trip and no one could help me with a refund or rescheduling

Avianca is the worst most uncomfortable airline I've ever been in, the seats are incredibly small and offer no support, the worst experience I've had traveling ever, do not bother with Avianca

At least free water in all flights Beverages are desired in international flights Luggage damages need be refund!

WiFi connected but only let you go to the AA website, not even text messaging worked.

A disaster, I lost my connection due to overcrowding at the Miami airport, having a 3-hour layover and the airline did nothing to reboard me on time and I had to sleep on the floor for 18 hours.

Seats in coach aren't padded enough for a 6 hour flight

Same basket of unhealthy prepackaged snacks (junk food) which was depleted by the time it got to my row!!

Flight was delayed due to crew not being there, besides that it was a normal flight.

Flight a little late. Entertainment system didn’t work for first hour. Toilets dirty after 2 hours. Is there no one assigned to clean them?

The Wi-Fi is more expensive on AA that other airlines and it doesn't cover the whole flight; it's by the hour. So, the Wi-Fi for the flight from Spokane to Phoenix is $45. They also charge for checked luggage, unlike airlines like Southwest. The only plus side was that there are power outlets on the flight, and you get a full can of soda, instead of a partial, like most other airlines.

My flight was a little marred by poorly fuctioning / loose headphone sockets meaning I had to move twice. The meals were good and the staff are always amazing, attentive and friendly. My bag was lost on my previos trip with BA for 15 days of my 18 day trip, however I experienced no such issues this time despite my fears. Overall ok but aircraft need better looking after.

First off, I never complained so it is not the crews fault. The lady to my left did not respect my seat whatsoever. She was too big to lower the armrest and basically sat on me the entire flight. She was against the window. I was in a middle seat. For future reference, American, please make sure the armrest will lower or get someone a larger seat/2 seats.

My trip was delayed for more than 3 hours without any explanation. Also I have a business meeting that I lost.

Our flight was delayed two hours. We nearly missed our connecting flight and had to rush across the airport with little kids and all their luggage. They didn’t give us enough time to walk from one gate to the other, then when we got on, we waited another half hour while the crew loaded cargo. It seems like they could have given passengers more time if they had cargo to load anyway.

Unfortunately not great, my flight was canceled with no notice given. I attempted to reach out to spirit airlines and have yet to receive any correspondence. I then had to book a new flight at two times the cost of the original.

Horrendous. Wish they would have just shot me in the leg instead.

Pack light and enjoy the quick boarding and early departure and arrivals.

Never got on the plane! My 2pm flight became 4am so I had to book southwest!

Was 2 hours early for my flight they canceled my flight 2 hours before flight took off then told me to get a flight 24 hours later I had to pay $297 for I missed it. I had flight insurance and bc they put I missed my flight I had to wait 2 days to book a new flight. Flight insurance through spirit isn’t worth anything because I ended up paying for my hotel and flight and insurance didn’t cover anything!!

I MISS MY FLY AND THEY NOT EVEN TRY TO GET ME ALEAST A CREDIT TO BUY ANOTHER TICKET BUT IS FINE I WOULD NEVER BUY A TICKET WITH SPIRIT EVER AGAIN

Super cool and laid back, three lovely ladies. Couldn’t ask for better service.

There are additional charges for everything including water. If you are unwilling to pay additional charges you are afforded no comfort at all. Seats are smaller than other airlines and do not recline. Schedule changes appear to be customary because you encounter them on departure and return.
