The flight was excellent, I recommend people to fly with Delta

Seat back monitors and outlets were dead and not working.

Flight and gate staff were great as usual. Inflight entertainment did not work. Was watching a movie while at gate. Screen went blank once started to taxi to runway and never came back on until landing and taxi to terminal. Grrrr flight attendants were too busy to bother them. All seats around me were working fine that I could see.

Left Atlanta on delta plane, started our descent into Panama City and then the plan turns around and the CAPT came over the intercom and said that there was a wheel alarm and we had to fly back to Atlanta airport because they had services. The pictures are of the emergency vehicles circling us and escorting us to the gate in Atlanta. Turns out right wheel had damage. We had to wait for another plane fly in from Louisiana before we could bird again. And boarding was an experience, we had to be manually verified because the passes and computer system had us marked as departed.

How about not delaying a red eye flight by 3 hours and causing a chain reaction of missed connecting flights

Another smooth and friendly flight. For a shorter flight, it was a pleasant surprise to see a decent snack and complimentary drinks.

Checkin at Delhi airport was ill managed. It took 2 hrs just to check in my luggage. I arrived at the airport 3.5 hrs prior to the flight and still barely made it to boarding area. I was given a very short 50min connection due to which I missed my connection since flight 1 got delayed. Overall a big mess

Didn’t feel that same attention and carénese as other crew members

My only real complaint was how much turbulence there was-and that probably can't be avoided. I felt really sick getting off the plane. But boarding was super easy, the flight attendants were friendly, the bathroom was clean. Everything else about the flight was perfectly fine. Thanks!

The announcements about boarding were unclear and har.d to understand I almost missed the flight even though I wa in the boarding area. .

The food from Lagos to Amsterdam was was very poor compared to AMS-YYZ

The flight was delayed for 2 hrs. Because they didn’t have a crew to fly. And it is not a first time for klm to do that. Last time they cancelled my filght and rebooked me 3 days later. Not reliable airline

We left one hour late because of technical difficulties. The economy comfort seats are great for the price. The crew was mediocre, they do not provide a pleasant experience, they just deliver food and drinks and give orders, not very amicable, no service and hospitality focus.

Booked connecting flights with KlM. My serving flight was the furthest part of the airport. On arrival in Zurich. My two cases arrived but only one carry on belong to my son. His three suitcase didn't arrive. After enquiring we discovered they were still in Amsterdam. We landed at 11.12. We eventually left the airport just after one.

The food was ok. The crew seemed like they were cranky. I had one guy get mad at me for passing in between the storage area to get to the other toilet. I can understand if it's not allowed but reprimanding me like I'm a student saying "This is the last time!" was not appropriate. During my meal time, there was a French family around me. No problems there but when we usually have meals, they are supposed to put their chair in the upright position. These people did not do it and the steward did not tell them to raise their seat in the upright position. However, I was told to do so! So, me and another person next to me had to eat with the monitor almost touching our faces. Furthermore, a lady in front of me was putting her feet up and preventing another elder passenger from putting her seat back. To make it worse, she was continuously hitting her back into her seat, shaking my monitor while I was watching a movie. A crew member did speak to her about it but then she accused me of pushing her seat forward! The crew member gave me a death stare and told me to stop pushing the seat forward. I did not even touch her seat at all, if I did, she would know it. Her boyfriend also stood up and tried to push her seat even further past the maximum decline to no avail. None of these people were reprimanded but the steward, some bald guy, was extremely friendly with them and did not even try to instruct them to do anything until it was time to land. I resisted the urge to really argue with them because I would have obviously been seen as the aggressor (I have no idea why). I hardly said anything on this flight except "more wine please" and "sorry" if I bumped into someone accidentally. Overall, it was an annoying flight and I had to resist the urge to yell at the steward and the people he was overly friendly with. The happiest moment of this flight was leaving it.

Overall a good experience. We were disappointed when we had to check our carry on due to the plane being full. KLM hadn’t notified us and we had valuable items in the carry on but they still made us check it. Some of the food was great and some was mediocre. Crew is really kind and funny.

One of the vstewardeses wanted to bump me of the plane for absolutely nothing. There is CCTV in the plane ans everything can be verified. Very disappointing , you all will see, o other 5 years and the passangers who does not smile to flight attendent will be bumped off...

I travel frequently. The flight was late again... KLM should really try and be on time

Crew was great and did their best to make us comfortable and captain came out at the beginning to announce why the flight was delayed, weather situation up ahead, and kept us updated throughout the flight.

There was a delay that was unexpected. The seats were uncomfortable for the length of the flight.

Crew was nice and helped. But they placed my checkin suitcase on the wrong airplane so I didn’t have my CPAP machine to use for 1 night. The United attendant at HNL informed me that it’s on the next flight from SFO to HNL and ETA is 8:18PM and that they will deliver it tonight. At 9:30 PM, I saw conflicting reports , one saying it’s on the way from the airport and the other saying it’ll be delivered after 6:45 am tomorrow. So I called UA Zbaggage Resolution Center and the agent says it’ll be delivered tomorrow by nighttime At latest.

Too short a flight to have service offered. A free simple snack offer (eg, biscuits), as in the old times, would have been nice.

The Flight attendant had an attitude and didn't allow anyone any time to prepare for landing despite being absent throughout the entire trip

The flight was fine. All the delays and poor communication and customer service were the worst! We were supposed to arrive in London at 7:10 am. In stead we arrived at 1:30 pm. And now American Airlines refuses to make things right but only sent a canned apology after I contacted customer relations.

The flights from Tri-Cities to Charlotte are always on planes that are too old and too small

First of all the check in was terrible . No customer service treated us like we are lucky to fly on American . And kayak never notified us of flight changes , I think we got a text at 3 in the morning before our flight . Charges for seats and luggage ! Really flying is just plain stressful .

Horrible! Got stuck in Jackson Hole and the plane kept delaying every 30 min until they finally cancelled the flight. Other airlines were busy flying out and American had cancelled. Horrible experience, we had to switch to United to get out of there!

Too many gate changes for someone of my age. Gate changed to another terminal!!!!! Do you know how hard it is to change to another gate???? walking with a bad knee and back with no assistance! You need more transportation workers that can assist the elderly when gate changes happen!

Some of the crew members were rude for no good reason

Improve food options. Do not charge so much for checked bags. As some who paid 990 EUR fir the round trip international flight it is horrendous to pay another 140 for 1 checked bag.

I liked the friendly crew and desk staff, all very helpful. I was surprised and a little annoyed on my outbound flight from LGW to MCO as I had prepaid and booked my seat, which was all correct at check in on my boarding pass. when I got on the plane someone was in my seat ! I was moved to another seat. The food choice is quite limited and I feel that an option of a muffin for breakfast snack would be welcomed, not everyone wants egg or bacon wrap. The choice of entertainment is good, plenty to keep you busy on a long haul flight. I liked the option offered to have the cabin bag checked into the hold, it saved me as an older, lone traveller lifting my case into the overhead locker or finding there was no space.

My luggage never arrived in Miami; still waiting a day later.

The only comment I have is why do you sell snacks on board? They should be free. When we take domestic flights here in US, our snacks are free. Also, please communicate with me in English. I received so many emails way before my flight that were in Spanish that I had to ask my son to interpret for me. You should be WELL AWARE if the customers you are communicating speak the language, it does mean that we speak and understand Spanish because we are traveling to Spain, NOT NECESSARILY! Thank you!

Service and food are good. However, main cabin with the extra cost one pays could be better. I don't see any difference with the rest of the seats in the regular category. The seats are too close to the ones in front. For short flights it is Ok, but for long ones there should be more space.

Fast check in, easy to navigate, crew were very good, the plane was delayed due to a previous flight and I found the cleanliness a little lacking but overall it was fine

My wife and I paid for seat selection to be together. My wife and I were on separate rows and the excuse they gave was they changed the plane. Also, I have celiac and asked for a gluten free meal in the ticket profile which they did not have.

An average flight experience. For our transatlantic portion, they provided a main meal and two snacks. However, the food was not very tasty and the drinks far too small and infrequent for such a long flight. The regrettable part of the flight was that the toilets were extremely filthy. I feel this is unacceptable.

I called prior to flying to confirm our baggage allowance which was 5 bags. On our outbound flight thee were no problems. On the return flight we were charged for each bag totaling $400! We are working with customer service to resolve the issue.
