Our seat tv didn’t work All the rest was perfect

Flight was delayed by 3 hours. The pilot made up 1 hour during the flight, but that made the wait at the airport 5 hours once you factor getting there 2 hours early.

Unfortunately this is not a happy ending comment. Positive: flown United before no issue Negative: it only takes one bad experience to not plan future travel with United Cancún departure was delayed by 1h20 minutes, connection in Chicago was 1h30 minutes. Flight departure time 6:08 Miraculously 7 of us ran 4 kilometres through Chicago to arrive at 6:00 to be told very rudely by the 2 unprofessional United attendants you missed your flight and that we should of arrived early. Did I mention that reason I was flying? I received a call that my brother was dying and to get home. They provided no assistance would not answer any of our questions, ignorantly walked away. Deplorable

I was not able to buy food in the flight. They refer to include your Credit card in the APP, and if you are not from USA (i have a credit card form Canada) it is not possible

There was a delay that was unexpected. The seats were uncomfortable for the length of the flight.

Seat didn't recline all the way back. Very uncomfortable flight for 8 hours. The turbulence eliminated snack and food stops

Food on this flight was horrendous, and I've had a lot of plane food, I know it's not fine dining but everything tasted terrible. The staff were friendly and helpful, boarding was OK and flight was on time.

Not sure why JAL partnered with American Airlines because their service is no where near similar. Flight attendants were not friendly and didn’t smile. Food was horrible…

Food options were limited which is absolutely embarrassing for a Flight of this size The staff did not come around as much and I am not accustomed to such poor service from American Airlines Drinks I believe were limited to soda and water

Seats in coach aren't padded enough for a 6 hour flight

Our flight was great we left Kona earlier and got into LAX almost an 1hour earlier as well. LAX AA is in repair so to get out and found our bus to get pick up was a bit confusing.

I had trouble finding a boarding pass because I had an hour between Flights and American did not see my flight I believe because I was ticketed through KAYAK. I did not have enough time to go to the desk before boarding so I went to the desk and told them while I was boarding and they had a boarding pass for me within three minutes. Nice. I paid extra to have more legroom and it is definitely worth it for a six hour flight. I would’ve paid for a decent dinner, but they didn’t offer anything but a snack box —not good for six hours.

Overall pleasant was delayed and caused transportation issue when landing

This time my flight was smooth and uneventful. They started boarding even earlier than it was scheduled. I was pleasantly surprised. Thank you!

Let's give credit where due: this is JAL's flight, not American's. And nothing is going to make 12+ hours in the air truly enjoyable. That said, the cabin crew was solicitous and friendly, the Japanese food excellent. The business class seats on the 787 were a little claustrophobic in bed mode -- one felt like one was lying at the bottom of a canyon -- and seat and light controls are not conveniently placed -- but comfortable enough. Restrooms were spotless and well-stocked throughout the flight. The Business Class lounge at Narita is very comfortable and quiet -- my one caveat is that a broader selection of food, including some Western selections, would have been welcome.

I guess the weather in the UK , but no one has any control over that , was missing a blanket for my knee on the plane though..

It was overall above average experience. If there is only one thing i could complain about was the lack of wifi availability on my flight from Vancouver to San Francisco

I liked that I paid for the bulkhead. That was the only saving grace those seats suck. Why do they pack you in so tight pack you so tight

Bye portaction for cancelation , when you want to change date, you have to cancel And pay 20% as cancelation. To lose as cancelation!!! Upsell airline!!!!!!!!!!!

The boarding was done smoothly. This flight from Puerto Rico to Toronto, a light meal should be offered to the travelers.

Notice to check in on my phone. When I tried it kept sending me to there employment website Larger gentleman in window seat over lapped into mine Forcing me to sit sideways or lean into the isle WHAT A PATHETICALLY DESIGNED AIRPLANE!!! All staff were great I dealt with

The agents lied and said flight was completely full, (wasn’t even have full) then proceeded to take everyone’s roller bags even though there was plenty room to accommodate them on the flight.
