Only real problem was the location of the Gate in Panama PTY. It was a 40 minute hike from Security to the Gate. There should have been some sort of warning about the distance.

As usual, the flight with normal legroom was not very comfortable, but the second flight was much better because we had paid for extra legroom. It was very nice to check our bags without an extra fee.
The personal at the front desk in Manaos was awesome, I have never experience anything like that before, the person who attended me deserves to have a promotion I still remember him, very educated, kind but overall he could put himself on your position

No complimentary snacks food, beverage (not even water), pillow and blanket on a 6 hours long flight (including economy comfort). A low form of nickeling an diming. Lost a recurring passanger over a soda. Avianca never again.
Every food and beverage has to be paid and the seat was not confortable. They even gave water.
Flight departure late. Got late in Colombia making us take a different flight next day. Avianca airport crew messed up my ticket so when a I got in Brazil I didn’t have a ticket for my destination. Had to buy a new ticket out of my pocket.
Avianca: you pay for a high-end flight and you fly like a low (very low) cost!

Crew was very professional and friendly. An A for customer service. Had to wait over forty minutes at the carousel each leg for my luggage. After landing in Atlanta it seems they lost our luggage so we had to wait, very tired and hungry. Mothers were on the flight with months old babies sitting in the airport floor waiting. A very bad experience for my first use of the airline. Had it not being for the horrible carousel incident, it would have been pleasant. Comfort was okay, got what I paid for. You have to pay for everything. Looking forward to the cost to use the restroom next.
Miserable. The crew was rude, the flight was delayed 5 hours for mechanical reasons and then “weather” even though other planes were leaving.
Lack of accessable charging stations, very uncomfortable seats the savings are not worth it when nickled and dimed for amenities that are standard on other airlines
The flight was over two hours delayed from Honduras and over 3 hours delayed from the connecting flight. Ridiculous!!!
Bad, my flight was delayed several hours. I was suppose to leave at 6:25pm, did not end up leaving till almost 11:00pm.
They kept us on the plane over 90 minutes after landing.
Trip never happened because they cancelled our flight down to fort myers. They kept pushing back the departure in two hour increments saying ghey were waiting for staff and then finally 4 hours later they cancelled saying it was weather. No abailable flights with them until two days later. Ended up getting a refund and using southwest.
It was a worse experience. The boarding staff was rude and rude to my family. We had to endure shouting and humiliation in front of all the passengers for a bag I was carrying.
