Find cheap flights from San Pedro Sula to San Juan

Copa performed as expected for the amount of money I was willing to spend for the flight; it wasn’t exceptional but it was not bad in any way either. The crew was good; friendly and straightforward. The food was airplane food, so no expectations there and the entertainment was lacking but that was my fault for owning an IPhone with a charging port that’s not compatible with the rest of the world. I’d fly Copa again.

As usual, the flight with normal legroom was not very comfortable, but the second flight was much better because we had paid for extra legroom. It was very nice to check our bags without an extra fee.

I was fortunate enough to have an entire row to myself and that was the highlight. Unfortunately, the flight was really turbulent which had no impact on how effective the crew was. However, I am disabled and should have boarded the flight first, but that wasn't the case. They also decided to take my bag at the gate because I had one too many and upon my picking it up at JFK it along with my rollator had been damaged. I am a vegan so the didn't have a proper meal for me and I was unable to view the entertainment because I didn't receive a set of headphones and if I needed to supply my own I wasn't made aware of that either. The crew was great, but overall everything was pretty lackluster.

I liked the friendliness of the crew and comfortable flight. All good.

what I like about Spirit is that the pilot and crew are good communicators. The plane itself - well, its a budget airline and you get what is expected, But I generally just feel safer, somehow, when I know more about what is going on - and Spirit has always done a good job of telling me what is going on: why the delay, why the turbulence, why this and that... and that means a lot to me.

Enjoyed the experience, on time flights, friendly staff the WiFi was intros d kept cutting out.

Didn’t happen. They stranded us in Orlando and had to book a flight on frontier to get to our destination.

Flight was late taking off. I think the crew and pilots did a good job. It definitely worked for me. I would fly spirit again thank you.

The flight was over two hours delayed from Honduras and over 3 hours delayed from the connecting flight. Ridiculous!!!

Flight left very close to original projected time. Paid for checked bag weight overage (my fault). Plane was literally brand new & this was its 2nd flight. Seats were alittle uncomfortable (I'm 5'11 * 175lbs and was alittle cramped, & brand new seats had little cushion). Food options were good. Main thing was flight took off & landed on time.

I particularly did not have no problem with my backpack, but a few people in front of me did. The chairs were really uncomfortable. Unless is a super short flight for over a weekend I wouldn't take this airline.

Do I need to call them or will you handle my complaint ? I paid for one carry-on bag. my email said up to 50 pounds when I got to the counter they charged me $79 more for my 48 pound bag!!! they said nope only 40 pounds. My email says 50 pounds. !!! I’m out another $79!!!

There are additional charges for everything including water. If you are unwilling to pay additional charges you are afforded no comfort at all. Seats are smaller than other airlines and do not recline. Schedule changes appear to be customary because you encounter them on departure and return.
