other than a slight delay in takeoff from Panama , the flights were excellent ..... we will continue to use Copa whenever possible for flights to and from Central and South America ....

I was shocked flying to El Salvador that they only give you water. Everything else you have to pay for. There is no wifi or entertainment and it’s an international flight. At least back in the day they had tvs on the plane and everyone watched the same movie. Also seats do not recline, even comfort or plus.

The good thing is the flight was on time and the crew was really nice. They can work better the arriving with staff

The inflight entertainment did not work on a 6 hour flight The cel phone chargers did not work There was a 45 minute wait for the luggage to get off the plane.

Avianca flights to Galapagos and back and well organized and on time.

Boarding was very expedite. The chairs are fixed you can't rest comfortable during the flight.

There was absolutely no food or drink service unless it was paid for. I am not used to this.

They could offer free food and drink like other international flights.

Delay almost an hour which meant when we got to Guatemala there where 3 flights at the same time, you can imagine the caos in customs, avianca doesn’t care about passengers or schedules

They charge me $190.00 dollars for the baggage for the bag in side the plane and in the baggage compartment in the plane. The service I got bad bad bad they make wait for a log time and i got to the airport 4 hours before. I don't think I'm going to use you guys never never again no support . And I am going to tell all the guys and people i now to don' use KAYAK

My experience was above excellent!!!! First the lady that pushed me in the wheelchair to the gate was outstanding!!! Then the ladies at the gate went over and beyond, by helping me fill out the immigration form! I would not have been able to get to Guatemala without their help!!! God bless them all! They were amazing 🙏❤️🙏

They sure know how to make you feel like you're packed into a sardine can. Most uncomfortable seat you imagine.

Small water and small chips 10 dollars is insane. Pluse almost 200 for a carry on and luggage also crazy. Otherwise was on time that's good

Changing flights days after confirming an itenerary and moving a connecting flight to the next day which resulted in the layover extending from 2hrs to 10 hrs was a great inconvienience and burden to passenger

Arrived Ft Lauderdale waited 90 minutes for plane to park so nearly missed my connection and no luggage as it was lost. My worst flight experience in 50 years of flying.

No water for handwashing and they charged $5 for water. Spirit up-charges for every little thing and the planes themselves are old and nauseating.

We were scheduled to fly out of Charlotte on 12/23 at 8am, with a connecting flight in Vegas, scheduled to land at LAX at 1pm. Our flight out of Charlotte was delayed, causing Spirit to bump us from our connecting flight to a flight the following day, Christmas Eve. This would have caused us to have a 12 hour layover in Vegas. I called Spirit to request a different connecting flight and I was on hold over an hour. When they finally picked up they were not helpful to say the least. Our solution was to book a flight through another airline, paying over $2000 for a family of 4, so that we could get home the same day. Our experience with Spirit was horrible. Never again.
