They gave my seat away although it was a connecting flight with them and the flight was a bit delayed.

I think the seats on some of their planes are uncomfortable. You can be ok on a short flight of two hours but no more than that. The delays, and also the refreshments on the plane were not enough.

Flight delayed 3 times. We were directed to go to a gate across from our gate. The plane wasn't there yet so we had to wait for it to arrive, then deplane everyone and then wait again for the plane to be cleaned. After 45 minuites we were allowed on the plane. The first plane had mechanical issues. The 2nd plane must have had bathroom issues because we did not have any food service whatsoever. No snack or beverage. That made for a long time not to have anything considering that we had just made it to the original gate and we had no time to stop to get food or a drink. Then we didn't want to leave the gate to get food because we wouldn't know how much longer the delay would be. Then the next gate change. Had we been told that the total time would have been aprox 45 min later we would have left to get food and a beverage. We had to wait again for the okay to the pilot to take off so we were on the runway for another 20 min. Overall, we were delayed over 2 hours which felt like 4 hours.

Everything went well. Got a snack and a beverage.. Able to watch live tv and movies in flight

Let me start by saying our connecting flight was cancelled for a maintenance issue but American airlines blamed it on the weather. When rebooking my flight the lady said it was because of maintenance. Our incoming flight wasn't delayed at that time. So we could fly into bad weather but not fly out of bad weather??? Doesn't seem realistic to me. Then our incoming flight was delayed 3 different times. No meal vouchers for lunch or dinner. Just to be on the hottest plane I have ever been on and they didn't serve water or snacks. Never again! Take this warning do not fly AA ever. There are over 3,000 people at the Miami airport due to 27 cancellations. The flight attendants and pilots should be fired.

The food at Admirals Club was really great Pijamas were a nice feature The flight attendant was very nice and great attitude The aa.com does not work well specially internet service Overall a very good flight .

Awful! The flight was delayed and we sat on the plane in DCA for an hour because fuel was out in the wrong part of the plane and would not be accessible during flight. So the plane had to be refueled in correct tank. They also allowed someone to get off of the plane. This delayed my six hour flight by an hour and made me miss my connecting flight. I ran to new gate and American Airlines agents new about the delay and even knew that I was trying to make the connection. They knew thru communication with my friend while in flight that I was in the airport and running to the new gate and they still closed the gate and refused to let me on the new flight despite plane still being at the gate. It was horrible and I had to be rebooked on a flight for 24 hours later. This has been a nightmare and if American Airlines can cause customers to be delayed and then have zero empathy as having an on time flight was more important to them than helping a customer who was delayed by no fault of her own, then it's seems that it's not a company that I want to continue to give my loyalty to. I'm so disgusted.

Too many gate changes for someone of my age. Gate changed to another terminal!!!!! Do you know how hard it is to change to another gate???? walking with a bad knee and back with no assistance! You need more transportation workers that can assist the elderly when gate changes happen!

On time flight , great service from crew , comfortable and enjoyable

I paid extra for a comfortable seat in the second flight, but the plane didn't have those seats, the first one did

The Arajet person who greeted us initially was unhelpful & rude about the mandatory migration form which has to be completed digitally but the systems don’t work properly. The boarding gate was changed twice and initial boarding was delayed. Once on board we we had to wait an hour and a half before take off. It was hot and there was very little room for tall-ish people to fit their knees in. The crew were pleasant but working in a poor situation. The plane was delayed because we were waiting for people from a delayed interconnecting flight. Arajet must have known that before we were asked to board. Better information, decisions & communication were needed.

My seat was broken and the crew had to find me somewhere else to sit. The crew was extremely courteous about this

Its so random that they only allow 40 pounds on checked bags when all airlines take 55. They then charge you for each 10 extra pounds, so my checked suitcase was $130 and the flight $30 ... its like whattt, im for sure not traveling with Spirit again

Compared to other airlines, this was a bit sub par in my honest opinion. My flight back was better than my departure flight.

No outlets to charge phones on 5 hour flight, snacks were for purchase only, missed connecting flight due to weather delays, was denied vouchers for overnight stay.

If you get the big seats, it's all good!

Flight from STI to FLL was wonderful But from FLL to MCO worst experience ever the luggage took forever to come out which caused me to loose my flight than they wanted to book me for next day 3pm told I needed to get he lady at the counter just said nothing she could do couldn't offer anything which made me ending up renting an a car to drive home

Whoever is in charge of the desk and door to the plan on both ends was an A**hole. I know they have to deal with a lot if stupid peple but come on. No one wants to get onto a plane angry. smh

The airplane was’ new and really clean. Was lucky to sit on exit row and had lots of leg room. Easy flight and got to my destination early.

Comfortable experience but the boarding process was not efficient and the delay in departure caused some anxieties for the connecting flight.

I didn't like them changing gates last minute and being stuck in a wheelchair when they were making final calls at the prior gate and not having anyone help me get to the gate. Seats were uncomfortable and did not recline.

We sat on the tarmac for 2 hours with very little air conditioning while the repair crew tried to fix an issue with the bathroom. The passsengers became restless and denanded to be ket off the okane to wait for the repairs to be done or board us on a new plane.

No priority boarding (travelling with a toddler) and the flight was 4 hours late.

Their online check-in system was offline so the lines at the counter were extremely long. Making our connection was also very unpleasant as there were no priorities for boarding (basically a free-for-all) and since I was travelling with my toddler we had a very hard time. The connecting flight was also 4 hours late.

We were charged an additional $54 usd per passenger to board, not mentioned in the ticket.
