The guy with severe body odor sat next to me. For the whole duration of the flight it was a torture. The airline should have better policy on limiting people with bad body odor to board the flight. Passengers should not be the ones to endure bad odor for the whole duration of the flight. The airline should be e the one to ensure decent air quality for ever passenger.

what I like about Spirit is that the pilot and crew are good communicators. The plane itself - well, its a budget airline and you get what is expected, But I generally just feel safer, somehow, when I know more about what is going on - and Spirit has always done a good job of telling me what is going on: why the delay, why the turbulence, why this and that... and that means a lot to me.

No basic services such as water, snacks. Internet very expensive. Seats were very small, hard and uncomfortable. Alaskan Airlines, my outbound flight to Boise from Orlando, offered beverage service, a snack, and reasonable priced internet, for the same price as my return trip on Spirit. It had more comfortable seating also.

Its so random that they only allow 40 pounds on checked bags when all airlines take 55. They then charge you for each 10 extra pounds, so my checked suitcase was $130 and the flight $30 ... its like whattt, im for sure not traveling with Spirit again

Horrendous. Wish they would have just shot me in the leg instead.

We waited an hour to get off of the plane

We reached alomat 45 mins before but we were not allowed to checkin. I tried check in online 4 or 5 times but was always getting an error. The agents at Boston logan airport were very very rude and unwilling to help inspite of the fact that we were travelling with a small kid. Finally I was unable to checkin my bag and we ended up booking other airlines for Miami. Finally understood that we were unable to check in online coz we had a kid with us and we that when there is a kid, we have to check in at airport.

Flair flight was 4 hours late due to not having a crew and the plane was filthy. Just water service Terrible experience flight 1513

The price was good, but the seats was too little too cramped. You guys nickel and dime the person who’s flying all food even water that’s ridiculous. I’ll be flying with somebody else unless this changes.

Flight from STI to FLL was wonderful But from FLL to MCO worst experience ever the luggage took forever to come out which caused me to loose my flight than they wanted to book me for next day 3pm told I needed to get he lady at the counter just said nothing she could do couldn't offer anything which made me ending up renting an a car to drive home

I arrived at the airport and the flight did not exist

They find a way to Nickel and dime you in all creative ways. The boarding crew seems to have target collection amount. If you are flying internationally, avoid them at all costs.
