Cons:the staff constantly refused to help when they could and provided wrong information that caused me to miss my flight. i will never book through kayak because of this experience.

Cons:The crew members seemed unattentive and even rude. When I requested the vegeterian option I was scolded that I did not order ahead (I didn't have this option while buying my ticket online). When I tried to adjust my light again I was told rudely that I could not. Very unfriendly crew.

Cons:Main meal was awful. Crew was hard to find. Also water or juice was not served on flight after the meal (for hydration).

Cons:Entertainment was hard to hear with the ear buds provided. Wait time in security at Chicago was terrible. It took nearly an hour to get through security.
