Their bar selection could be greatly improved; they only had one spirit option

Music would have been great and information about the flight. Meaning how high and the weather conditions.

It was good but the food was small for the duration of the flight.

I wrote to the entertainment and food OK because it was non-applicable All excellent

Checking in online still requires going on the physical check in line

I enjoyed the smooth flow and well coordinated boarding and the very courteous attitude from the cabin crew We look forward to flying with ya’ll again

Pleasant experience checking in. Seating is way too tight, especially for persons who are not petite. I thought the pilot was excellent in terms of his commentary and information. Wrong gate information on boarding passes. If I was not alert I could have lined up to board the wrong plane.

The crew was excellent, check in was easy ,the food wasn't good, movies should be recent and more selections

The captain was great he made jokes and make thebflight very comfortable. Alerted us about the islands we flew over and Yolandra and her team took great care of us, very personable.

at the time for boarding the lady just call Group A and no other goups and everybody from A to F go inside without the right turn,and when we get in theres no more spsce for carry on , the ones that get in at not correct group from the back occupy our space !!!!! a mess !!!!

Not sure why planes don't just board back passengers first.. also wifi connection could be beneficial and keeps passengers occupied

From bag drop to boarding, it was great. In-flight is a little different. The seats were a little uncomfortable for that long of a flight. The rest of the cabin crew except for Eva was wonderful. Eva was not friendly at all. I've had to personally encounter her twice in-flight. First time was when I had to go to the lavatory in the back of the plane, and since it was the first for me to board such tiny plane, I didn't know we were using the crew toilet. She was giving me an attitude while telling me where and how to open it since it's not the regular push to open type of door. The second one was when I had to throw trash then use the lavatory again. I asked where to throw them, and unfortunately she was the only crew in the back doodling on her phone, she had to point it out to me with an attitude then told me to wait on the carpet, which I understand because I didn't realize that, but she could have been nicer. After all, I'm a paying customer, and assisting a passenger who isn't knowledgeable about the aircraft is one of the things she's there for. The rest of the experience and crew from bag drop to in-flight were excellent except for her.

I actually missed my first scheduled flight and caught it the next day. I think the check in procedure was mishandled by the baggage handler but the staff were very accommodating.

Has been always great except flight cancelation in the past at very last minute waiting till 2am and we when have to beg for overnight accommodation

Everything was good instead change the gates! I missed my first flight because it was changed the gate and I didn’t know!

They pulled our pilots for "another" flight and delayed us without any compensation.

The flight crew was really wonderful, incredibly helpful as well as patient. I was able to watch entertainment on my phone but didn't have access to my headphones and I didn't want to bother the flight attendants. The food wasn't an issue for me because I am a vegan and brought my own food on board. The flight left on time and arrived ahead of schedule. It was overall a good flight.

The main flight was OK but the second flight was chaotic with delays

Well, flight times cause some wait, but there were not times available and we understood. I didn't check any luggage, because it has become too expensive. I was able to add any extra items to my co-travellers check bags. [Luckily, this trip wasn't international.] Last, I hadn't flown AA domestically for a while, but partners and coworkers had warned me in advance that not all planes have monitors at every seat. Luckily, I was mostly prepared to use the in-flight entertainment and happy I was. The great: AA staff is always kind and comfort is way better than the budget airlines that I sometimes have to fly. I know my points and vouchers all expired over the last couple of years, but I still enjoy AA when I do fly with them. I also appreciate all of the locations we can go directly from pur home airport. Since we are traveling more now, I hope to take advantage.

Despite a bumpy flight the pilot was great. The rest of the crew on the other hand couldn’t care less if a passenger would colapse and die. Horrible service, robot like, lifeless…

They needed to de-ice the plane. Apparently airlines have a problem keeping their de-icing vehicles in good repair. After we backed away from the gate we sat and didn't move for nearly an hour. Nearly an HOUR with minimal communication from the flight crew. Eventually the sun took care of what American Airlines could not and melted the minimal ice. We finally took of a hour late which, in turn, jacked up our connection in Chicago.

Il y a eu 2 heures de retard, ce qui n' a pas permis de prendre la correspondance prévue. L'absence d'information claire et précise a entraîné des tergiversations avec les autres compagnies et a failli entraîner un retard encore plus conséquent. Seul un renseignement de l'aéroport de Francfort a permis de trouver une solution. Au final, c'est avec plus de 4 heures de retard ( 9h50 heure arrivée initiale, 13h50 arrivée finale) que notre fils et son ami sont arrivés. Cette différence s'expliquant uniquement par la responsabilité de la compagnie aérienne. Une indemnisation est-elle envisagée. Cordialement Mme Giraudo

There was no drink/snack service and the electric outlets were not powered so I couldn’t charge my phone.

Delayed flight impacted my meeting with International clients. Very disappointing experience!

There was no entertainment (the wifi was not working) and no food service - just cookies or pretzels. When we arrived in Boston the bridge to our plane was not working and it took some time to be able to deplane. When we got to Boston our bags were not there and the person who put in our claim for lost baggage said we would have our bags delivered in 24 hours and 72 hours later we still do not have them and no one from AA has contacted us with an update!

On our return trip we were able to get on an earlier flight. American airlines made it so easy to do & at no cost!

They allowed some guy to move seats after 3hours of him being next to someone very sick, There were several empty seats, but they moved him to mine. I find that incredibly inconsiderate and should not have been done.

Check in was horrendous! Economy took 2 hours before seeing an agent. Business class was 0.5 - 1 hour.

There was some delay at Heathrow where a machine needed to "start the engines" wasn't available and they couldn't even find the team tasked to do it. Unacceptable. Caused about an hour delay and seemed unnecessary. Also saw several passengers abusing the overhead luggage situation, having too many large bags and not leaving enough space for others. The crew was good and the refreshments were good in quality and quantity.

Horrible seat allocation. Boarding was slow. Food was average and so was entertainment. The TV terminal didn't work and so had to use remote.

Having traveled from Canada through Seattle -London-Edinburgh with only carry on ( to keep trip uncomplicated ) We had to check our hand luggage at the gate as flight was full This was really annoying since due to their late flight in from Seattle we’d missed our orginal flight to Edinburgh and had been put on a flight four hours later We had no checked luggage with no need to go to the baggage carousel Very annoying

perhaps eye contact with the cabin crew, instead of abruptness and an impatience to serve.

Updates from pilots about delays would make them less frustrating.

They canceled my flight , they put me on a different flight that was delayed and the connection was lost . They lost my luggage. And now I’m stuck with any of my belongings.

The entertainment system in our row was not working. That makes for a VERY long flight!!

Very poor, they didn't want to attend to me until I missed my flight, my bags are missing

Cons: "Everything. The staff and crew of Intercaribbean airlines are very unprofessional and not helpful at all. On top of the flight delays all the luggage for that particular flight was left in Kingston. Everybody was rather nonchalant and unapologetic about the situation. I was told I would get the the following day. The next day only two of my three bags showed up. I was not compensated for the inconvenience and was told point blank that they will only deliver one of my bags to my address even though they were the reason I had NONE of my luggage in the first place. They are disgusting!!! I would never recommend this airline to anyone."
