This flight was ridiculous. I had to have a connecting flight from New York to orlando Florida??? The flight left late and because it was a short flight there was no first class amenities. I had one alcohol drink. The flight crew was fine, but it sure did not feel like first class. Delta to me dropped the ball by giving me a connecting flight. By the time we got to Raleigh we would have missed the next flight. Lucky for me the flight never came so now I was stuck waiting for a later flight that came in late also.

I liked the ease of checking in, luggage check in, wheel chair assistance, boarding and flight.

Seats in first class on the E175 recline too far back. I was in 2A, and the man in 1A fully reclined almost the entire flight. It took 6-7 inches of space away from me and made it very difficult to work on my laptop.

The main person that was coordinating everything was a short white/light skin Spanish man and he was very rude. It honestly made me feel like it was everyone’s First day at work. His announcements were very not reasonable and they did not make sense. The stewardess on the flight that made the announcements she didn’t even know what she was talking about she sounded inebriated. There were no snacks or drinks on our flight there wasn’t even much turbulence. This flight was not enjoyable nor was it what a Delta flight should be and just this past week I flew with Delta 3 times.

Crew was great! I need wheelchair assistance and they knew who I was and updated me that my chair was on its way and to just hang tight. There was some turbulence but the captain announced we would be going thru it and he handled the plane well. Landing was soft and his.

Aircraft very cramped. Check-in was great with an agent helping us. Food was almost non-existent. Pre-flight went well once I got the app reloaded on my phone since we don’t fly much anymore.

I like that it got us where we were going. Everything else needed work. It was 1/2 hour late and we took off an hour late. The plane had to be cleaned and the disabled loaded on board before we could take off which took forever and then we sat at the terminal FOREVER before we took off. The ride was so bumpy that they couldn’t serve drinks and snack but to about 1/2 the plane. Seriously we should have flown out of Fort Lauderdale. We probably would’ve gotten home several hours earlier.

The net issue I had was with the gate agent. We had added a carryon to our boarding pass when we checked bags. When I got to the boarding gate the agent was rude asking why I had a backpack - I said I added it - even had an orange tag on it. She ripped my tag off and swung her monitor around to show me how she was right- saying it isn’t wasn’t listed - only a checked bag. I explained again that I wasn’t sure what the issue was but I wouldn’t have an orange tag if I hadn’t added it. Then she finally checked my husband’s boarding pass and found that the agent at checkin had added my carryon to his boarding pass instead of mine. She sent me on my way without my orange tag. Was a bit embarrassing for me the tone she used with me assuming I was trying to get away with something.

Gate agent asked if I could switch seats so a family could sit together. Agent moved me to a seat in the front of the plane, no charge. It was easy. The agent did a great job.

Great seat space. However food and drink prices outrageous. Jabbing to pay for a carry on bag or stuck paying at the gate too much.

Every Allegiant Air flight I've ever taken has been delayed. This flight was delayed a full 2 hours. It was excuse after excuse after excuse. It was a flight from southern Florida. They made us board the plane on time, but made us wait for 2 hours on the tarmac. Because the engines were kept shut off, so was the air conditioning. One can only imagine how hot the air was in the cabin over those 2 hours on the tarmac, while in the hot Florida sun. Just terrible.

Actually, for the price, I'm willing to put up with a little discomfort (upright chairs) and at times inconveniences (like any airline), lack of entertainment (I can bring my own). My flight was non stop and smooth. I would fly this route again.

Worst ever! Flight cancelled supposedly for weather even though we k ow of many others who flew into Bangor same time no problem. At the airport there was no customer service at all just refund and no possibility of rebook for 3-4 days. Aweful won’t fly with them again!!

It’s a budget airline so adjust expectations accordingly. Nothing is without a fee but such is necessary for tickets to remain so affordable.

My daughter dropped her cell phone right through the crack between walkway and plane. Right in front of myself, the lead flight attendant and crew below. In slow motion we all watched. The crew was on it as they got her phone back to her. Surprisingly, not damaged! This same head flight attendant was hilarious on the speaker! Loved his humor! Pilots were very clear to hear. Sometimes there’s a lot of noise interference or they sound muffled, but this time I could understand everything that was spoken. One more positive experience was renting a car through Allegiant which was my first time. We got a great car deal through Alamo and the car was really nice too, 2024 Blazer.

We waited for our captain to arrive and she made our flight take off 20 minutes late.

The staff was friendly, helpful and nice to the customers! What a nice experience- especially flying Toledo to St. Petersburg Fla nonstop and back !

Cold air blew constantly on my legs almost making me numb.

On the new 319 NEO? seatback entertainment system did not work even when the flight attendant rebooted it. At least I had my cell phone to connect with wifi.

The flight was fine. All the delays and poor communication and customer service were the worst! We were supposed to arrive in London at 7:10 am. In stead we arrived at 1:30 pm. And now American Airlines refuses to make things right but only sent a canned apology after I contacted customer relations.

The flight was delayed for over four hours due to “maintenance “. Your ground staff made no efforts to avoid my family missing their connecting flight to London. They did not try to reroute them and didn’t even offer meal vouchers without being asked. My daughter, her husband and four children were in the States for our son’s celebration of life service. They experienced rude and unhelpful staff in Asheville. The lack of communication was disgraceful. They missed their connecting flight and the first rebooking. Then the 2nd rebooked flight was delayed by over two hours. They didn’t leave Charlotte until 1:30 AM. Since returning home my granddaughters sleep has been so disrupted that they are overly tired and cry hysterically at bedtime. I have already contacted you regarding compensation but have yet to receive a response. All I’ve received is a canned wrote response. This is not acceptable!!! When my wife and I traveled to England in December on your partner, British Airlines, we were delayed for 4 and one half hours. We missed our connecting train to Leeds and had to pay double. They not only reimbursed our extra train expense, they also refunded half our airfare. And upon our return to the States we were surprised to find that they had upgraded us for free! Generally good but we were delayed almost two hours from the original time of purchase. The pilot claimed an internal issue then an external equipment issue that needed to be adddressed. He made up a lot of the time.

They took a horrible route with a lot of turbulence and I eneded up getting sick. Even if the flight takes longer. Don't put people life at risk just to get to the airport on time.

Beware of all the extras. Nickel and dimed. Everything was extra. It turns a $90 fare in to a $400 fair quite easily.

It would have been nice to have been on the flight

Miserable. The crew was rude, the flight was delayed 5 hours for mechanical reasons and then “weather” even though other planes were leaving.

Good except my suitcase was completely broken when it arrived on belt. Now I have to go through a process to try to get ANY back. Not happy

Spirit delayed the late flight then canceled it with no rebooking options given, leaving me stranded in a city at 9pm at night. I ended up renting a car and driving at night in the pouring rain so could make it to my destination.

I particularly did not have no problem with my backpack, but a few people in front of me did. The chairs were really uncomfortable. Unless is a super short flight for over a weekend I wouldn't take this airline.

Pulled our crew to another flight and left us hanging for hours

They kept us on the plane over 90 minutes after landing.

The flight experience was terrible. Extra bag charges were exorbitant, and the customer service was incredibly poor. Flight attendants were rude and unhelpful. Post-flight, we endured a one-hour wait for our luggage, only to find our bags severely damaged. Overall, a highly disappointing experience with Spirit Airlines. Not recommended.

30 minute delay due to boarding and settling of a family.

I am HIGHLY unhappy with the amount of money I spent on the flight. Paid in advance only to find the flight at a discount price a week or so before the flight. I will not fly frontier again and have bad mouthed your business since to anyone I have spoken with about flying (which has been many a people). Crew was mediocre and instead of moving me to a spot where I could gain some leg room they sat their flight attendant there. Won’t be flying frontier in the future.

First time flying with Frontier . From buying tickets ,getting boarding pass and boarding plane was super easy. Definitely would fly again with Frontier .

Our flight was on time and unremarkable which I'm grateful for, as it is not the norm traveling these days. Frontier is a low-cost carrier and it really shows when compared to other "normal" carriers. They don't even give you water during the flight. The coach seats are decent, however it was not as clean as it should be. We had crumbs all over the floor by our seats.

They lost my baggage on my connection flight, it’s been 24 hours since I put my claim in and still no update on my bags.

The flight was canceled, then delayed twice, we were moved gates twice. Short staff at the counter and check in. We waited for our flight 9 hours. Will never use Frontier ever again, or Spirit.

The flight was delayed 1 hour. The Seats are the worst most uncomfortable chairs I have ever sat in. I have folding chairs in my Garage that are more comfortable.
