As no headphones/ ear pieces in back of seat for entertainment system, would have been to been offered rather than asking & waiting a long time. I know we are in economy but cost of ticket was high.

Somehow I got “offloaded” even though I had my boarding pass and was in transit Food is horrible Staff were nice and cheerful No headphones were provided on 11 hours flight

Because I can’t stand very long in one place, I was allowed to reword.

The staff were very helpful with lots of refreshments on offer. The toilets were clean. The seats were comfortable and entertainment was good. No complaints, it was excellent.

The main flight was OK but the second flight was chaotic with delays

amazing! they were so kind and allowed us to sit on empty seats so we could stretch our legs and sleep good. Food is amazing as well plus dessert in the middle of the flight!

All the British airways staff were very helpful and friendly. Every thing was very smooth running from checking in boarding and arriving 40 minutes early. Which is a brilliant start to your holiday.

Flight to Phoenix was delayed 1 hour and was not weather related. Flight Denver was delayed 2.5 hours and again was not weather related as the plane came from San Francisco.

Overall it was good but not great. The aircraft was an old and seats didn’t recline in business class unless you kept playing around with it.

No nice at all, delayed and I lost the connection over xmas
