Failure of APU meant massive delays at start of journey , baking in an unventilated plane Not good

The airline ran late and I almost missed this connecting flight to LGW. The airline didn't act very sympathetic to my situation. I wished that didn't happen as my experience I'm sure would've been much different.

One flight has delayed, but connecting flight ( the same company) has another plan for us. And left TO TLL. Instead Finnair.Who waiting pax from BRUSSELS. GREAT EXAMPLE OF COOPERATION. 👍

All good! But sandwiches for breakfast need to be warm!!!!! Not cold!!! You do not want anything cold in your stomach in the morning!… think about it!

All good. Didn’t get the seats I booked online. Luckily, copassanger cooperated! Mistake- I failed to verify connecting flight seats details at Mumbai. Staff at Mumbai airport to be blamed equally!

The staff was good. Very friendly and respectful. The airline not so much. They aren't very informative at all.

The worst experience ever! They never told me I had to transfer my ticket at the ticket transfer counter. They moved me to a flight leaving the next day, which was also heavily delayed. The staff at the airport were rude and not helpfull. I'll never travel with this airline again and will not recommend it

Horrible trip. Plane was late , so late . the flight conditions were very uncomfortable.

My bag was lost despite an almost 8 hour layover in Warsaw. Nearly 12 hours after my arrival, I have not heard anything about it.

Delay everywhere,5 hours,24 hours,missing all connection flights,terrible trip..

The boarding was delayed several times. The take off was two hours late.

Checked in is easy and it was a smooth flight from LAX to Munich

There is no recline on flight from DFW to FRA. Middle eastern airways provide better recline option for the same class. FRA to Bangalore has better recline option. I bid 100$ for premium economy, my request was declined. But staff handled it without issues.

The Lufthansa part was wonderful. The short connection flight was not.

Nothing can I say I liked. Food was horrible. Entertainment system didn't work. Crew's attitude was bad. They all were Chinese and wanted to speak Chinese. Baggage missed my connection at Frankfurt even though it was more than 60 minutes for my connection. It came in the next flight of 3 hours later at 16.15 Portugal time but they said they will deliver to me next day. I requested them that I had to go to a dinner meeting so needed clothes and there were medical documents in the bag which I needed for my Doctors appointment on the next day morning. But all no use. Then I had to take taxi, go to airport at 9PM and collect my bags myself and brought bags to my hotel. Will avoid Lufthansa at any cost and same I will suggest to everybodyelse.

German crew were very kind. Food was okay but can be better, especially bread was not good, Garbage collection was very poor.

Awful Terrible staff poor communication Flight delayed for an hour with no apology or explanation and no help re missing connecting flight. Resulted in a 7 hour layover at Munich waiting for another connecting flight. Only 15 euros refreshment voucher given. Will not fly Lufthansa again

The flight and crew was above average. However, there was a two hour delay.

Not good, the plane was warm , they were selling everything even water

The flight crew was outstanding. Small children running around and constantly crying was extremely annoying.

The boarding was a mess; I'm unclear why they can't organize it by boarding number.
